XML与对象数据库的转换

【摘要】 随着互联网技术的不断发展,XML正在成为Internet上应用程序之间数据交换的标准。同时由于XML灵活的数据模式和开放的数据访问可以为信息集成提供强大的支持,因此基于XML的信息集成系统比传统信息集成系统更适合数据交换及共享,并已经引起了多方的广泛关注。目前许多研究人员在XML基于关系数据库包装器的存储转换及查询研究方面作了大量的工作,但是采用关系数据库存储XML数据存在很多弊病。本文提出采用XML与面向对象数据库转换技术,进行面向对象数据库包装器的构建与设计。 本文研究构造基于XML信息集成系统结构的面向对象数据库包装器,提出面向对象数据库包装器的系统结构;根据该结构提出XML的数据模式与面向对象数据库对象数据模式的映射策略及相互存储转化算法,一方面我们借鉴基于DTD模式的继承对象映射提取算法及各种商业工具,提出DTD简化算法和基于DTD简化结构的对象图映射算法,优化了生成的对象类、提高了对象类的语义表达能力,也改进了对象映射提取策略;同时采用模糊聚类策略,提出对象聚类处理算法,改善了XML语义定义的随意性给对象类提取及信息集成带来的复杂性;另一方面本文提出对象到XML的转化算法,采用系统自动定义对象到XML的转化方法实现对象到XML的转化处理。同时我们还提出针对该存储策略的查询处理算法及数据结构维护算法,使用户快速准确地获取数据信息并且有效的进行数据维护。

【Abstract】 With rapid developing of Web, XML is becoming the standard format for data exchange between applications on the Internet. The flexible data model and open access characterstics of XML can provide powerful for the Information Intergration Systems, so XML-based Information Intergration is much fitter for Data Interchanging and sharing than traditional Systems, and has attracted various efforts in the past decades. Recently, many researchers have addressed the problem of storing XML data and processing XML queries using traditional database engines. Here, most of them have used relational database systems, while we show in this paper that object-oriented database systems can be another solution, which is to construct the wrapper between Object-Oriented Database and XML.Based on XML-based Information Intergration Systems, this paper maily proposes how to construct the wrapper between Object-Oriented Database and XML automaticly and fastly. Firstly, it presents the storing arithmetic based on the mapping policy between XML Data modal and Object-Oriented modal. Reference to the arithmetic of extracting Object-Oriented Database Schemas from XML DTDs using Inheritance and other commercial tools for XML storing , it improves mapping policy from xml to object , which optimizes the new semantic classes, what’s more, it present object clustering policy to resolve the uncertainty of XML schema and the complexity of information intergration, which simultaneously focuses on the semanteme and structure of new object classes. On the other hand , it presents method to realize exchanging from object to XML. Last, it presents querying and data maintaing arithmetic to grasp data information correctly and maintain the wrapper effectivly ground on this storing one , which processes user requests such as XML querying, updating and deleting .
