中小学校校本教师培训研究

【摘要】 在加强学校管理和促进学校改革中,重视校本教师培训是国际教师在职教育的共同趋势。我国的校本教师培训是伴随着“八五”师资培训的进程而逐步探索形成的,正式开始于20世纪90年代。作为以校为本的教师专业发展模式,校本培训已逐渐成为中小学教师继续教育的主渠道之一,并表现出诸多优势。 校本培训是在校外人士和机构的指导和配合下,由学校根据本校及其教师的需要,以问题为中心,充分利用校内外各种培训资源,在教育教学实践和教育科学研究中自主开展,以形成学校特色和促进教师专业可持续发展的一种继续教育活动。校本培训是学校特色形成的有效途径,更是促进教师专业发展的重要措施。 本研究在文献分析和实地访谈的基础上,通过对校本教师培训背景的分析,提出了校本教师培训的理论构架,并从中小学校的视角出发,构建了可供中小学校选用的校本培训模式,并对中小学校校本教师培训运行机制给出建议。 本研究的目的:一是丰富校本教师培训理论;二是为中小学校校本教师培训实践提供有效的指导。
【Abstract】 It is an internationally common tendency to attach great importance to school-based in-service teacher training in enforcing school advertisement and promoting school reform. In our country, school-based in-service teacher training was started in 1990’s and gradually formed in the process of carrying out "the Eighth Five-Year Plan" concerning teacher training. As a school-based teacher professional development model, school-based in-service teacher training has exhibited a great number of advantages and begun to become one of the important channels of teachers’ continuing education.The school-based in-service teacher training is a problem-centered activity in continuing education which is based on the needs of the relevant school and teachers, and which fully utilizes various kinds of training resources inside and outside the school including the guidance and cooperation of people and organization outside the school. It is carried out independently in educational activities and educational scientific research, in order to form school’s characteristics and promote sustainable teachers’ professional development. It is not only an effective way to form school’s characteristics but also an important measure to promote teachers’ professional development.On the basis of literature review and on-the-spot investigation, the study analyses the background of school-based in-service teacher training and puts forward a theoretical framework of this kind of training . Practical models of school-based in-service teacher training is constructed for middle and primary schools . Suggestions on its operating mechanism are also made.The purpose of this study is to enrich the theory of school-based in-service teacher training and to offer effective guidance to the practice in middle and primary schools.
