关于我国城市道路发展水平的探讨

【摘要】 城市道路设施是城市交通系统的重要组成部分。本文首先回顾和总结了我国城市道路规划建设的发展历史,并分析了目前我国城市道路发展水平的基本情况。本文旨在通过对城市道路发展水平内涵所涉及的三个主要方面(道路网总量规模、等级结构和路网布局)进行定性和定量的研究,并对城市道路发展水平进行了模糊综合评价,为城市交通规划提供科学的理论依据。 本文在研究我国城市道路发展规模与相关社会指标之间相关关系的基础上,通过运用计量经济学的方法,建立了包含城市道路设施投入要素的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,从而测定了城市道路设施投入与城市国内生产总值产出之间的弹性关系。同时,通过运用系统动力学的方法,建立了城市道路发展规模测算的系统动力学模型,并在阐述国内外城市道路分类和功能定位的基础上,提出了判断城市道路网等级结构合理性的依据,据此建立了判断方法。此外,本文还对城市道路网的布局问题进行了阐述。最后对城市道路发展水平进行了模糊综合评价。
【Abstract】 Road is the basement of the traffic system in urban. With a conclusion on the history of urban road planning and building, this paper analyzes the development level of urban road in China. With qualitative and quantitative studying on the development level of urban road network includes three main factors (developed scale, grade structure and road network layout), this paper brings forward the fuzzy judgment appraise model in the purpose of instructing urban traffic planning.Based on the relationship between developed scale of urban road and some social variables, we draw a Cobo-Douglas production function which involves the devotion element of urban road by econometrics method, and by which we can mensurate the elastic coefficient between urban road scale and GDP. In this paper, we use the method of System Dynamics in order to conclude the model about forecast road developing scale in the future. Then, we put forward the criterion of judging the rationality of urban road’s grade structure after expounding the classification in China and other countries. Furthermore, we study some problem about road network layout. At last, we give out the fuzzy judgment appraise model on the development level of urban road.
