开关磁阻电动机控制系统研究

【摘要】 开关磁阻电机是上个世纪80年代出现的一种新型机电一体化的可控调速驱动系统。具有极其优良的性能和广泛的应用前景。它是随着微电子技术、控制技术、电力电子技术和现代计算机技术的发展而发展起来的。它具有结构简单、运行可靠、控制灵活及效率高等突出特点。目前已经在多个工业部门得到应用。被国际电动车科技界誉为21世纪适用于电动车辆最有发展潜力的一种电力驱动系统。 论文对以80C196KC单片机为控制核心的开关磁阻电动机控制系统进行了研究,得出基于有位置传感器检测的控制方案。 论文以开关磁阻电动机的理想线性数学模型为理论基础,对其原理特性进行了说明,对开关磁阻电动机的控制特性(转速、转矩)、可控参数(导通角、关断角、相电流、绕组端电压)与控制策略(电流斩波、电压斩波、角度位置控制等)及它们之间的关系进行了研究和分析。根据控制方案进行了硬件电路和系统控制软件的设计。 论文对开关磁阻电动机控制系统的传递函数进行了研究和分析,明确了变参数的PID控制算法的必要性,对数字控制器参数进行初步估算。对IGBT模块的驱动和保护进行了研究,对保护网络元件参数的求解进行了理论推导并得出了一种切实可行的参数选择方法。 论文对开关磁阻电动机的CAN总线接口进行了研究和设计,着重讨论了如何避免数据超载故障的CAN总线数据收发方法。
【Abstract】 Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) is a new type of controllable timing-driving system rising in the 1980’s of last century.it has super-excellent quality and wide application.it develops with the progress of micro-electronics technology,,control technology ,power electric and modern computer technology.it has the traits of simple structure, high dependability, flexible control and high efficiency.it has been used in several industry department and has a nicer future. It is recognized to has the most potential development in the field of dynamoelectric vehicle driving by international dynamoelectric vehicle science and technology organization.Dissertation researched on the switched reluctance motor control system which takes Intel 80C196KC MCU as the control core. Designing a control scheme based on position sensor.Dissertation explains the theory and characteristices of switched reluctance motor based on its idealy linear math mode. Analyseing and researching on control characteristic,control parameters,control strategy and their relationship, thesis designed hardware circuit and software of control system based on the strategy.Dissertation discussed the transform function of system and illustrates it is essential to chang parameters in the PID control arithmetic, estimating parameters for the digital PID controller primarily, dissertation also researched on the exciting and protection of IGBT. Concluding an utility method of calculating the parameters of protection net of IGBT through theory deducing.Dissertation researched and designed the CAN bus interface of switched reluctance motor system, Emphasis has been put on the data disposal method of avoiding data overrun fault.
