多光纤传感器数据采集与数据融合方法研究

【摘要】 使用多个传感器对某一物理量进行测量以提高系统的稳定性和准确度是今后传感器发展的一大趋势。因此必须对多传感器系统的组成、结构以及数据处理进行深入的研究。使用计算机完成来自多传感器的大量数据的接收、储存和数据计算是一个方便易行的方法。 本文在研究了多传感器系统构成、多传感器数据融合和多传感器系统与计算机软件系统的结合等理论的基础上,对利用软件系统对多传感器数据进行收集和融合提出了切实可行的方案。在本文的第四章中对所使用的软硬件系统以及多传感器系统的功能进行了详细的描述。并在实验中利用软件完成了对多光纤温度传感器数据的接收和融合。通过对数据融合结果和传感器直接测量结果的比较,可以看到数据融合方法的使用使得结果具有了更高的准确度。 本文对研究过程中遇到的问题和不足之处也进行了总结和探讨,为进一步的理论和实验研究指出了可能的方向。
【Abstract】 It is a development tendency for a sensing system to measure a physical parameter by using multi-sensor in order to improve the systematic stability and accuracy. For this purpose, this issues related with the configuration and data processing of the multi-sensor system should be in-depth developed and investigated. The simplest way is to receive, save and calculate large amount of data by using a computer.Based on the research of the theories about systematic composing, data fusion of multi-sensor system and the interface between multi-sensor system and the software, a practical scheme for acquisition and fusion of the data from multi-sensor with software has been proposed and demonstrated in this paper. The description of hardware setup and the software flow chart and functions of the multi-sensor system has been given in chapter 4 in detail. Experimentally, fiber-optic multi-temperature-sensors have been used and configured a multi-data acquisition and fusion system. The software of the data fusion technique has been tested. Comparing with data directly given by the fiber optic sensors, more accuracy results have been achieved after the data fusion processing.The problem and shortcomings we encountered during this research work are also discussed. The improvement methods both in theoretical and experimental are pointed out for the further study.
