架空输电线路短路故障点检测及定位研究

【摘要】 电力系统是由发电、输电、供电、用户等各部分所组成的综合性的大系统。发展到今天,电力系统已成为国民经济建设和人民生活中必不可少的重要环节。随着电力系统规模的扩大,架空远距离输电线路日益增多。架空输电线路分布范围广,穿越地区地形复杂、气候条件多变,由于长期暴露在自然环境中,不可避免地会发生各种各样的故障。 对架空输电线路进行准确的故障测距是保证电力系统安全稳定运行的有效途径之一。为此,本论文比较全面地分析了国内外在此方面的发展历程和研究现状。根据采用的线路模型、测距原理、被测量与测量设备等的不同,将现有的各种测距方法分为行波法、单端测距和双端测距三类。本论文研究油田电力系统简单故障检测的一种计算机实现方法,提出利用互感器模型的行波法测距理论,数据模型概念清晰,自动化程度较高,对架空输电线路放射式分支路较多的电网能显著节省机时和内存,并进行软件设计与仿真,具有一定的实用意义。本文所阐述的理论是一种行波法,它克服了理论上的局限性和误差大的缺点,应用计算机进行电力系统暂态过程的数字仿真和计算程序,是分析电力系统故障的有力工具,采用PC总线工控机,选用快速A/D转换、开关量测量、出现故障声光报警。

【Abstract】 Power system is a big system which is comprehensive, including generating power, transmitting power, providing power and user. Until now, power system has been an indispensable component of national economy and people’s life. With the amplification of the scale of power system, overhead and distant power transmission line becomes increasingly more. Overhead t power transmission line distributes widely, stretches over the areas where the topography is complicated, the climate is variable. Thus all kinds of faults inevitably take place because of long-term exposure in the natural environment.The accurate fault location for high voltage transmission line is one of the effective ways which guarantee the safe and steady work of the power system, hence the development and general situation of the research in this field in China and other countries is reviewed in this paper. According to the differences of the adopted line model, the principles of location , the measured and measurement equipment, all the existing algorithms can be classified into three main methods: traveling wave method, single terminal location and two terminal location. This paper makes a study of the simple fault detecting of oil field power system realizing by computer, proposes to apply the theory of traveling wave location and has the clarity of mathematical model concept and high automation. To the power delivery system with many emitting branches, it has a practical sense to save computer operation period and memory, making software design and simulation. The theory mentioned in this paper is a kind of traveling wave method. It overcomes the limitations in theory and short-comings of big errors, realizes the fault’s checking system by a PC bus industrial control computer, adopts swift A\D translation .monitoring on-off switch, warning device when the fault appears.
