复合式水力旋流器结构优化设计及性能研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新型的油水分离设备——复合式水力旋流器。目前适用于油水分离的旋流分离设备有静态水力旋流器和动态水力旋流器两种。静态水力旋流器已有成熟的旋流体结构和旋流体的组合结构(专利ZL96210084.6以及ZL98211681.0),因此在油田中得到了一定的推广应用。动态水力旋流器,经过近几年的研究和实践,也已成为一种技术成熟的分离设备。两种水力旋流器使待分液体产生旋转流场的原因不同,各有其优缺点。复合式水力旋流器把两种旋流器优点有机结合在一起,形成了一种新型的旋流分离设备。液流的高速旋转为相对扩大静态单根旋流体的处理量和提高分离效率奠定了基础。同时后部静止不动的静态旋流体同动态水力旋流器相比,消除了旋流体回转及加工误差等原因产生的振动对旋流场的影响。 复合式水力旋流器的结构优化设计和性能研究为旋流分离技术提供了一种崭新的结构形式,可使复合式水力旋流器进一步朝着产品化的方向发展。
【Abstract】 Compounding hydrocyclone is introduced in this paper as a kind of new-type oil/water separation device. At present, there are two kinds of oil/water separation devices, which are suitable for the separation: static hydrocyclone and dynamic hydrocyclone. Static hydrocyclone has had the ripe technology on its structure design and its compounding style (as patent ZL96210084.6 and ZL98211681.0) which lead to its certain popularization and application in the oil field. Through the research and practice in recent years, dynamic hydrocyclone has also been a kind of separation devices with comparatively ripe technology. These two kinds of hydrocyclones have their own merits and shortcomings because of their difference cause of the creation to the rotating flow field for the separating liquid. Compound hydrocyclone is a kind of new-type oil/water separation devices by compounding these two kinds of hydrocyclones organically. The high-speed rotation of the flow liquid establishes the foundation for expanding the handling capacity of a single static hydrocyclone and raising the separation efficiency. At the same time, compound hydrocyclone can eliminate the influence of vibration by electric motor and tolerance manufactured etc. compared to the dynamic hydrocyclone, owing to the stationary part of static hydrocyclone adopted.A new structure style is offered in the vortex separation technology domain by the optimization design and the study on the performance of the compounding hydrocyclone, and it can make the development of the compound hydrocyclone further along the road to commercialization.
