煤层底板突水的数值模拟试验及其工程应用

【摘要】 长期以来,煤层底板突水一直是严重影响我国煤矿资源安全开采的一个主要因素。煤层底板突水是涉及地质学、煤矿开采学、岩体水力学和岩石断裂力学等学科的一个复杂问题。 本文首先分析了影响煤层底板突水的主要因素,包括开采矿压、承压水和地质构造等,通过分析找出影响煤层底板破坏、形成突水通道及发生突水事故的主要因素。然后,利用由西安科技大学刘怀恒教授等开发并经改进后的有限元计算程序NCAP-2D-w对煤层底板突水进行多方案的数值模拟试验研究。主要内容包括: (1)考虑在承压水不变的条件下,设计不同裂隙分布状态,探讨单裂隙、多裂隙、不同长度裂隙对煤层底板破坏的影响及开采矿压对裂隙顶部破坏的影响; (2)考虑承压水的变化,分别考虑单裂隙和多裂隙两种分布状态,探讨裂隙对煤层底板破坏的影响及开采矿压对裂隙底部破坏的影响。通过分析受采动荷载、岩层结构变化、煤层底板中裂隙分布状态及承压水变化等因素影响的数值试验,获得了随开采工作面不断推进煤层底板破坏区的发展、突水导升高度的递增、突水通道的形成等相关规律。 最后,结合淮北杨庄矿某工作面实际工程情况,对其开采过程进行数值模拟,并对其开采过程中是否会发生突水做出预测,预测结果与现场实测数据符合很好。

【Abstract】 For a long time, the safe mining of our country’s coal resources has been seriously affected by a primary factor which is water inrush from coal seam floor. It is a complicated problem involving several of subjects such as geology, coal mining, rock hydraulics and rock crack mechanics.First, the primary factors including mining pressure, confined water and geologic structure are analyzed in the paper. By analysis, the dominate factors affecting coal seam floor’s damage, water inrush channel forming, and water inrush’s occurring can be get. And then, utilizing NCAP-2D-W exploited and improved by professor Liu Huaiheng, research on the several of projects of numerical simulating test on the water inrush from coal seam floor is made in this paper. Its main content is such as following:(1) In condition that confined water is unchangeable, different cranny state is designed and the effect which is made by single cranny, multiple cranny, different length cranny on the damage of coal seam floor is discussed. The affect mining pressure on cranny copping is also discussed.(2) In condition that confined water is changing, the two status about single cranny and multiple cranny are respectively took into account and the effect which is made by the cranny and mining pressure on coal seam floor damage is discussed. Through analyzing the numerical test affected by mining load, rock structure movement, cranny distributing state, and confined water movement, the interrelated rule about the expand of damage area, increasing by degree of water inrush’s moving height and forming of water inrush channel can be obtained in this paper.At last, combining actual engineering of certain working face in Huai bei Yangzhuang coal mine, numerical simulation on mining process is made and whether water inrush can occur is anticipated. The anticipating result accord with the spot data primly.
