大跨度高地压破碎煤巷支护及机理研究

【摘要】 本文通过理论分析、数值模拟和有限元模拟,较深入地研究了锚喷支护的作用原理,并探讨了不同的锚杆联合支护形式以及不同的断面形状在一些特殊地质条件下的巷道中运用的可能性。 针对马蹄沟煤矿松软破碎煤层的实际工程地质条件,根据分析所得的成果,本文提出了鼓形断面、三心拱形断面和差异锚杆支护等较新颖的支护方式,并将其应用于较困难支护段的巷道掘进中,解决了困扰该矿多时的巷道支护效果差、支护成本高的难题,并用有限元ansys57建模分析了不同断面巷道的受力特性,从理论上论证了新型断面的可行性。 本文跟踪了马蹄沟煤矿复杂地质段巷道从前期支护设计、支护施工、巷道位移数据观测分析、成巷直至整体经济效益分析的全过程,紧扣这个工程实例,用一整套完备的数据和理论论证了锚喷支护是一种积极主动的支护方式,与木支架、钢支架等刚性支护相比,它更能发挥岩体自身的承载能力,具有良好的物理力学性能。
【Abstract】 By using theoretical analysis , numerical value imitation and finite element imitation, this thesis systematically studies the theory of bolt action, and discusses the application feasibility of different kinds of bolt and different kinds of section shape in roadway in some specific geological conditions.hi the face of the incompact frangible factual engineering geological condition of Ma Ti Gou Coal Mine, on the basis of result we have got by analyzing, this thesis bring forward some novel supporting methods such as drum shape section three centers arch section ragged bolt and so on, and these methods are used in some roadways which are hard to support. These methods solve the problems which have trouble the mine for long time that the effect of original methods is pool and the cost of original methods is great. The thesis models the characteristics of different shapes of roadway sections, and demonstrates the feasibility of these new sections.The thesis tracks the whole process from support design , support construction , observation and analysis of roadway displacement support complete to economic benefit analysis. The author have used plentiful data and theories to demonstrate that bolt and shotcrete supporting technology is a kind of active support method compared to those methods such as timber bracket , steel bracket, and this method can enhance the bearing ability of load of the rock and it has perfect physics mechanics performance.
