微米级木材切削理论及新型人造板材构建研究

【摘要】 利用微纳米加工技术和纤维定向重组技术等新兴技术手段,研发新型人造板,拓展人造板形成方法及应用领域,本论文提出了利用纤维构建新型人造板材的新思路,并从形成理论与方法上进行了探讨。 本论文首先研究木材细胞结构的数学模型建立方法,在对传统木材切削理论拓展的基础上初步建立了微米级木材切削理论和木材细胞裂解的工艺方法,改变了传统纤维的形成工艺,为新型纤维板研制提供了理论基础。本文以木纤维单丝强度不弱于相同当量的钢丝纤维强度的科学设想为依据,论述了木质纤维材料之所以在宏观上强度远远低于金属材料,是由于其内部显微结构缺陷造成的,而这些缺陷在木质纤维制取时就已经存在了,若提高木质纤维制取质量,并利用木纤维定向重组技术改变木质纤维间的结构组成,消除(或大大降低)这些显微结构缺陷,将可形成高强度纤维板。 本论文从理论上对形成新型人造板材生产线也作了一定的阐述。 新型人造板材从理论构想发展到实际应用阶段,将是一个长期、复杂且艰苦的研究过程,本论文仅仅完成了该过程的初步阶段,距离形成完整的可实用性的人造材料,还有大量的研究工作要做。 本论文是以国家自然科学基金项目“微米木纤维细胞裂解机理与超细纤维细胞结构建模理论”为课题来源,并得到了它的资助。
【Abstract】 In order to use the new and developing micron technology received is solved the trade development problem that the man-made board trade is faced with , and this thesis has been put forward the micron generally thought of long fibre high strength board , and has done the discussion to his from formation theory and method.This thesis firstly mathematical model of research establishment wood cell structure is being expanded on the foundation establishment wood of micron order cutting theory and a wood cell splitting decomposition theory to traditional wood cutting theory, and then putting forward the wood cell splitting decomposition technology, has changed the method of traditional fibre formation, for the new type man-made board is born builds theory foundation.This theory is thought , and wood fibre material intensity is lower than the metal material far away to the not weak steel wire fibre intensity in the identical equivalent of wooden fibre monofilament intensity on why macroscopic , and owing to the fact that the fibre internal structure defect creates , these defects are having existed when wood fibre systems is taken , and raises wood fibre material intensity as if wants following to eliminate in the foundation that these defects - raising wood fibre system takes the quality. Can use the wooden fibre to fix a direction the weight team technology formation high strength fibreboard after the wooden fibre system when the high quality is taken.This thesis has also done expounding of fixed to forming the long fibre high strength board production line of micron . The long fibre high strength board of micron from a theory idea is developed to real and is applied stage , and this thesis has only been accomplished the initial stage of this course the complicated arduous research course that will be long-term, and the distance forms completely can the man-made material of practical nature, and still has the research work of large numbers to do .This thesis is with the nation natural science fund item * wooden fibre cell splitting decomposition mechanism of micron and super thin fibre cell structural modeling theory " for the subject source , and has got subsidizing of it
