【摘要】 本文通过文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法对我国职业篮球模式的建立进行了探讨。通过研究总结出篮球发达国家采取职业化模式的经验，并发现影响我国职业篮球模式建设的因素主要为以下几点：1．体育体制是影响我国职业篮球模式建设的首要因素；2．经济基础是职业篮球发展的基础条件；3．篮球运动技术水平是影响职业篮球生存与发展的基础；4．观念意识是我国职业篮球模式建设的外在动力机制；5．法治建设、群众基础、社会宣传效应是影响我国职业篮球模式建设的重要因素。通过研究，认为中国篮球的职业化模式应当在结合我国国情的基础上，借鉴国外职业化篮球模式的成功经验，从以下几方面着手，建设具有中国特色的职业化篮球模式。1．进行体制改革，重点是竞赛体制改革；2．制定与职业化篮球相适应的法规政策，保证职业化道路的正常运行。完善职业篮球法规，保证职业篮球运行行为规范化；3．完善俱乐部运行机制，使俱乐部模式与国际接轨；4．加强篮球后备力量建设，重点抓青少年普及和提高；5．完善职业联赛制度，使竞赛与国际篮球运动接轨；6．建立一定数量的职业俱乐部；7．拓宽经营渠道，开发新的经营领域，实现职业篮球的自身造血机能和自主经营机能。发展篮球产业化，实现比赛商业化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis makes a research of our country professional basketball pattern establishment by the means of literature datum and specialist calls on and chats, logical analysis and mathematical statistics and so on. Sum up out the experience that the basketball developed country took the profession pattern by means of researching and find the effect of our country professional basketball pattern building element being complicated by current chiefly is as follows: 1.the system of physical training is the first element that affects our country professional basketball pattern building; 2.the economic basis is the professional basketball development base term; 3.the basketball movement technique level is affecting the base that the professional basketball is existed against the development; 4.the viewpoint is conscious of the extrinsic mechanism of our country professional basketball pattern building that;5.the rule by law building, masses base and the effect of the community popularize is conscious of the effect our country professional basketball pattern building. By means of research, and thinks that Chinese basketball profession pattern ought to be living to unite on the condition of our country base, and use the successful experience of external professional basketball pattern, and construct having the Chinese distinguishing feature professional basketball pattern through below reforming: 1.carrying on the system innovation, competitive reform is the emphasis; 2. the laws and regulations adaptable each other of formulation together with professional basketball is guarantied the failure-free operation in profession way. Improving the professional basketball laws and regulations, guaranty professional basketball operation action standardizes; 3. improving the club, and causes the club patterns join the track against the internationalization; ^strengthening the building of basketball reservation force, and stress pay special attention to that young boys and girls are universalized in and the raise; 5. improving the profession league matches system, cause the competition against the international basketball move to join the track; 6. establishes the specified amount profession club; 7. widening the management irrigation ditch, opening up the fresh management territory, the realization professional basketball oneself builds blood function and management function dependent.
