高校学生住宿体制的改革探索

【摘要】 学生公寓是学生日常生活与学习的重要场所，是课外对学生进行思想政治工作和素质教育的重要阵地。随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入，作为高校后勤的重要组成部分——高校学生住宿服务提供的格局日趋多样化。高校学生的住宿服务为什么要进行社会化改革，应该如何进行社会化改革，改革后高校学生公寓应该如何管理和发展等问题，正引起越来越多人们的关注和研究。本文针对这些问题，以大量调查研究为基础，系统归纳了有关高校学生住宿体制改革的基本理论，研究了今后高校学生住宿体制改革和发展的趋势，并结合浙江大学学生住宿改革的实际，进行了实例分析。 全文分四个部分： 第一部分通过对我国高校学生住宿体制改革的历史回顾，提出了目前高校学生住宿体制改革中面临的问题以及研究和解决这些问题的意义。 第二部分归纳、分析了高校学生住宿体制改革的理论依据，改革的可能性和必要性，通过直接考察和资料搜集，概况了国内外高校学生住宿的改革和管理模式。 第三部分对我国今后高校学生住宿体制改革和发展的趋势进行了分析和研究，并以浙江大学学生宿舍建设和管理的改革为实例，对浙江大学的学生住宿体制改革和发展进行了总结和战略研究。 第四部分为本文的主要结论，对高校学生住宿体制改革和发展趋势进行了总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Student halls are the main places for students in college life and study, and what is more, they play an important part in students’ ideological and political education. With the further socialization reform in college logistic service, a fundamental part of logistics service, supplies students with various apartment pattern nowadays as student residential service in universities. More and more people have paid attention to the following questions: why should we socialize the residential service in universities, how to carry through the reform and how to manage the apartments after the reform. Aiming at these questions and based plenty research work, the main theme of this paper is focus on a systematical summary of the basic theories on systematic reform of college residential. Take the reality of Zhejiang University residential reform into consideration, the paper investigates the reform and itsdevelopment trend of the residential system .The paper is organized as follows:In Section 1, after retrospection the history of the systematic reform of college residential in our country, the paper presents the possible questions such as when reforming, and puts forward the significance of researching and solving the problems.In Section 2, the theories of systematic reform of college residential,possibility and necessity are expatiated, and the reform and management mode of worldwide college residence are generalized by invetigation.In Section 3, Take the reality of Zhejiang University residential reform into consideration, the paper analyzes the development trend of systematic reform of college residential, investigates and stratage systematic reform of college residential.in Zhejiang University.In Section 4, the conclusion is presented.
