石油钻杆摩擦焊接头焊后感应热处理PLC闭环控制系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国石油工业的高速发展,对石油钻杆的需要不仅表现在数量上的增加,而且对钻杆的质量也提出了更高的要求,因此,不断提高钻杆焊接修复工艺及焊后热处理工艺的质量控制水平是目前国内石油钻采行业急待解决的一个关键问题。本文在石油钻杆熟处理过程自动化的生产需要这个应用背景下,对钻杆热处理过程自动化的实现方法进行了探讨,研究了以可编程控制器为核心控制元件实现自动化所涉及的新概念、新原理及技术所需的基础理论。 为了有效保证新钻杆的热处理质量,减少人为因素的干扰,本文对国产热处理设备进行了详细分析,找出了影响热处理质量稳定性的主要原因,并针对这些影响因素,对热处理设备进行自动化改造,研制了对焊钻杆热处理自动监控装置,该装置采用三台西门子可编程控制器(PLC)分别对退火、淬火、回火三个工序的温度进行现场闭环控制,另由一台工控机进行远端生产管理,同时生产管理用的工控机与另外三台PLC进行联网,实现了整个对焊钻杆热处理生产的自动化操作。同时,针对新钻杆热处理工艺的特点,设计了新型感应圈和冷却装置,优选了新钻杆热处理参数,并通过一系列机械性能试验加以验证,有效保证了新钻杆的热处理质量。 研究表明,在新钻杆的热处理控温过程中可采用PID技术,通过选择合适的P、I、D参数,有效的抗干扰措施可实现:温度控制精度±5℃,时间控制精度±0.5s。 本文所取得的成果,极大的提高了整个国产钻杆热处理生产线的性能,在此基础上生产了250余吨新钻杆并全部发往钻井现场使用,效果良好,开创了利用国产设备生产新钻杆的先河,在国民经济发展中将具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 With a great development of petroleum industry in our country, the requirement of drilling pipe is not only big quantity but also good quality. So the urgent problem which must be resolved in our petroleum industry is continual improvement of drilling pipe welding craft and qualitative control level of heat-treatment craft after welding. In order to meet the need of automation of drilling pipe heat-treatment course, the method of accomplishing heat-treatment course automation has been explore, and the basic theory which has been involved in accomplishing automation on the basis of programmable logic controller has been researched in this paper.In order to insure quality of heat treatment, we analyzed heat-treatment machine that made in our country and invented one set of apparatus, which can auto monitor the process of heat drilling pipe. It was made of PLC and industrial computer, and they were connected with communication wire. In the light of characteristic of heat-treatment machine that made in our country, we invented new type heating and cooling apparatus. We also choose the parameters of heating new drilling pipe.The experimental results indicate that the PID technology can be used in heat-treatment heating course. When appropriate parameter of P.I and D and effective anti-interaction method have been adopted, we can attain the consequence that temperature controlled precision is ±5℃ and time controlled precision is ±0.5s.According to above research and mend, the performance of domestic heating machine was improved vastly. We manufactured 250 Ton new drilling pipe with the machine. It indicated that we could weld new drilling pipe by native machine, which is important to our country economy progress.
