【摘要】 本文分析了学者们对观光农业性质的不同认识，重新定义了观光农业，讨论了观光农业开发的基础理论及其对观光农业的指导作用，阐明了开发观光农业对于旅游业、农业、游客和环境保护的意义，分析了观光农业在国内外的发展及上海的现状和问题。从区位条件、自然条件、市场条件、社会经济发展水平、农业基础和旅游业基础六个方面，分析了上海开发观光农业的条件，借鉴国内外的经验、根据上海的现状、问题和开发条件，提出了上海开发观光农业的措施。最后，以上海孙桥现代农业开发区为案例进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses learners different idea about agritourism and redefines agritourism. The basic theories of agritourism development and these theories’ guide function are discussed. The author states the importance to tourism, agriculture, visitor and environmental both interior and overseas and present conditions and problems in Shanghai. This paper analyses the conditions of the agritourism in Shanghai from the site, the natural condition, the market, the development level of social economy, the agriculture foundation and the tourism foundation. The author gives the measures of agritouism development in Shanghai on the basics of interior and exterior experiences and Shanghai’s conditions. Finally, the paper discusses the development of Shanghai Sunqiao modern agriculture area.更多还原
