【摘要】 传统经济学将二元结构归为发展经济学的研究范畴。把二元结构理论引入区域经济学，从而导出区域二元结构的概念和初步的理论框架，有重要的理论意义和现实意义。区域二元结构理论对现有的区域结构理论进行了整合而且它是贯穿区域经济理论的主线之一，它的提出是对以后相关研究的规范；同时，依据区域二元结构理论指导区域政策，进而实现区域经济协调发展，是党的十六大提出的“经济建设的主要任务之一”。基于此，有必要提出和明确界定区域二元结构的概念。区域二元结构作为一个体系提出，有其坚实的认识论基础，结构主义哲学、马克思主义哲学、物理哲学、中国传统哲学的思想和观点为它的形成提供了哲学依据，系统科学的原理使对区域二元结构的研究由主次关系研究转向机制研究。发展经济学、新制度经济学、地理二元结构理论和创新理论等是区域二元结构体系形成的理论基础。区域结构理论是区域二元结构的基础理论，在区域结构理论的指引下，区域二元结构体系得以构建。区域二元结构由区域二元空间结构，区域二元经济结构，区域二元社会文化结构三大分支构成。区域二元空间结构属表层结构，是区域二元经济和社会文化结构在空间上的映射；区域二元经济结构是以区域二元产业结构为核心包括所有制结构、企业结构、人力资本结构、技术结构等的复杂系统；区域二元社会文化结构因其与空间结构和经济结构的紧密联系成为区域二元结构的一个重要研究内容，对区域二元经济结构和区域二元社会文化结构研究的主要目的是找出形成区域二元结构的决定性因素，即深层结构。实证分析是实现此目的的最佳途径，而将得出的结论应用于区域规划和区域政策制定则是构建体系的最终目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dual structure is classified to research category of development economics in the traditional economics. It has important theoretic meaning and realistic meaning that dual structure be led into regional economics to educe the concept and the primary theoretic frame of regional dual structure (RDS). The regional dual structure theory integrates the current regional structure theories and it is one of main threads of penetrating regional economic theories, it will be helpful to standardize related investigation; At the same time, guiding the region policy according to the regional dual structure theory to realize regional economy developing in phase is " one of the main missions of economic development" that the 16th Congress of CCP put forward. Based on these , it is very necessary to put forward and nail down the concept of the regional dual structure. The regional dual structure as a kind of system has solid epistemological foundation. The standpoints of structuralism philosophy, Chinese traditional philosophy, Marxism philosophy, physics philosophy provide the philosophy basis for its formation, the principles of system science make the research on the regional dual structure be changed from primary and secondary relation research into the mechanism research. Development economics, new institutional economics, geography dual structure theory and innovation theory are theoretic basis of the regional dual structure system. The regional structure theory is essential theory of the regional dual structure theory. Guided by the regional structure theory, regional dual structure system can be set up. The regional dual structure is made up of the regional dual spatial structure, the regional dual economic structure and the regional dual social and cultural structure. The regional dual spatial structure being the surface layer structure is mapping of the regional dual economic structure and the regional dual social and cultural structure on the space; The regional dual economic structure is the complicated system regarded the regional dual industrial structure as the core including regional dual ownership structure, business enterprises structure, manpower capital structure, technique structure and so on; The regional dual social and cultural structure becomes one of important research contents of regional dual structure because it has close relationship with economic structure and spatial structure .The main purpose to study the regional dual economic structure and the regional dual social and cultural structure is to find out the decisive factor of engendering the regional dual structure, that is deep layer structure .The best approach to achieve the purpose is positive analysis, the final purpose to establish the RDS system is to apply conclusion to region programming and regional policy.更多还原
