有机试剂在原子吸收光谱中的作用及应用的研究

【摘要】 本论文共分为七章:(1)文献综述;(2)常见单有机试剂对钼吸光度的影响;(3)表面活性剂对钼吸光度的影响;(4)双有机试剂对钼吸光度的影响;(5)原子吸收光谱法络合物组成及络合比的研究;(6)应用;(7)结论。 首先详细综述了有机试剂在火焰原子吸收光谱法中的作用及其应用的研究进展。进而研究了常见单有机试剂对钼吸收光谱行为的影响,如含氧键合原子的醇类、甲醛、丙酮、草酸钠及柠檬酸三钠,含氮键合原子的苯胺和吡啶,含氧氮键合原子的8-羟基喹啉、氨基乙酸、对氨基苯磺酸等,并探讨了其相应的机理。发现少数有机试剂对钼的增感效应是其燃烧热的作用,如醇类;多数有机试剂对钼的增感与其结构因素紧密联系,如8-羟基喹啉。有机试剂对金属的增感是成络作用、络合平衡及有机试剂的酸效应共同作用的结果。然后结合三种类型的表面活性剂研究其对钼吸收光谱的影响,实验表明,不论是阳离子表面活性剂(如TPB、TPC、CTMAB)、阴离子表面活性剂(如SDS和SLS)还是非离子表面活性剂(如乳化剂OP和Tween-80)均对钼具有不同程度的增感作用,其增感大多都有一个最大值,之后吸光度趋于稳定,对这种现象从物理因素及化学因素两方面进行了探讨。表面活性剂对不同的金属元素具有不同的增感效应,且表面活性剂随其种类的不同,其增感效应各异;另外表面活性剂不仅能提高测定的灵敏度,亦能消除共存离子的干扰。继而结合三种类型的增感作用研究了双有机试剂对铜吸收光谱的影响。8一羟基喳晰.硫肥体系为竟争机制,8,羟基睦附柠檬酸三钠为加和机制,而黄素红cPB表现为协同机制。合适组合的双有机试剂体系对钢具有显著的增感作用和增泽作用。在以上研究的基础上,在空气、乙炔火焰中对钢的二元络合物和多元络合物(以三元络合物来研究)以摩尔比法对其组成和络合比进行了研究;另外,数学方法也是一种很好的计算络合物组成和络合比的方法。最后对两个实际样品的进行了分析测试,结果满意。

【Abstract】 This dissertation consists of four chapters. The review of references is given in the first chapter. The influence of three types of organic reagent systems on analytical behaviors of metal, such as Mo, in the FAAS were given in the following three chapters and discussed the mechanism.Chapter 1: Advances in the studies of the organic reagent action in FAAS and its application were particularly reviewed .Chapter 2: The influence of single organic reagent on analytical behaviors of Mo in FAAS was investigated, and the mechanism was also discussed. The results indicate that only few organic reagents have enhancing sensitivity by combusting energy, most by structure of organic reagent. Organic reagents system was the best in enhancement effect and increasing selectivity.Chapter 3: The influence of three types surfactants on analytical behavior of MoWas studied by atomic absorption spectrometry in an air-acetylene flame. The relative mechanism was discussed from physics to chemistry, different organic reagent has different enhancement effect for Mo. surfactant is much marked enhancement effect and increasing selectivity.Chapter 4: The influence of double organic reagents on analytical behavior of Mo was studied by atomic absorption spectrometry in an air-acetylene flame. The results indicate that in fairly mixed double organicreagents system there is much marked enhancement effect and increasingselectivity. The mechanism was also discussed.Chapter 5: With Moore method duality complexes and multi complexes(such as tentary complex) were studied in FAAS to give the constitute and proportion of ligand complexes.Chapter 6: The studied method had been applied to determination of Mo in lower alloy steel with satisfactory results.Chapter 7:conclusion
