基于PLC控制的变频调速在物料搅拌系统中的应用

【摘要】 随着电力电子技术以及控制技术的发展,使得交流变频调速在工业电机拖动领域得到了广泛应用。由于PLC的功能强大、容易使用、高可靠性,常常被用来作为现场数据的采集和设备的控制。组态软件技术作为用户可定制功能的软件平台工具,在PC机上可开发出友好人机界面,通过PLC可以对自动化设备进行“智能”控制。 在本系统中,为了实现能源的充分利用和生产的需要,需要对电机进行转速调节,考虑到电机的启动、运行、调速和制动的特性,采用高功能性v/f控制的通用变频器西门子MM6SE92,此变频器的S型加减速功能和转矩提升功能,能很好的解决转速之间的切换和启动问题。系统中由PLC完成数据的采集和对变频器、电机等设备的控制任务。基于S7 200 PLC的编程软件STEP 7/WIN3.2采用模块化的程序设计方法,大量采用代码重用,减少软件的开发和维护。利用组态软件Protool/Pro良好的人机界面和通信能力,使工作人员可以在中央控制室的PC机上可以方便的浏览现场的工业流程、实现变频器的参数设置、故障诊断和电机的启动和停止。 本文首先介绍了课题的意义,综述了组态软件、PLC技术、变频调速技术的发展概况。 第二章详细的介绍了变频器的结构及其控制算法、变频调速的基本原理和变频调速的优点。然后介绍了西门子公司MM(SSE92)变频器。 第三章详细的介绍了组态软件的构成、特点、数据处理流程,然后详细的介绍了西门自公司的基于Windows的组态软件Protool/Pro。 第四章详细的介绍了PLC的基本构成和数据处理流程,然后详细的介绍了西门子公司S7 200 PLC及其编程特点。 第五章详细的介绍了系统的结构,硬件配置和软件实现,采用的抗干扰措施和运行情况。 第六章是对文章的总结和相关技术的展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of electric electron technology and controlling technology, AC frequency conversion for speed adjustment technology is used widely in many fields.Because of the characteristics with high dependability , modularization structure and easy programming , PLC is used to do real-time gathering,controlling and communicating with transducer.Configuration software is often used as platform to implement the needing of users .we can design excellent human-machine windows to control the equipment with configuration software on PC.In this system ,we need to adjust the speed of electromotor .In order to make full use of energy and satisfy the need of production, considering the adjustment of speed, starting, running and braking. We use the MM 6SE92 of Siemens transducer whose functions of adding or decreasing speeding with high S form and torque promoting can solve the adjustment of speed and starting. In this system , PLC is used to collect data from fields and control equipments such as electromotor and transducer.Because the STEP7/Win32 as S7 200 PLC’s programming software adopts the modularization design method of structure and code reusing, subsequently decrease the explorement and maintenance of software.By the virtue of HMI and strong communication ability, User can browse the flowchart of production adjust the speed of electromotor,faultdiagnose,start and stop the electromotor.This paper firstly introduce the meaning of subjects.summarize the development of configuration software technology, PLC technology and AC frequency conversion for speed adjustment.In the second chapter ,we introduce the structure of transducer arithmetic of controlling ,Basic principle and the advantage of AC frequency conversion for speed adjustment.In the third chapter, we introduce the structure, characteristic flowchart of data disposal of configuration software in detail and particularly introduce theSiemens protocol/pro on windows.In the forth chapter , we introduce the structure and flowchart of PLC and introduce particularly the Siemens S7 200 PLC and characteristics of software design.In the fifth chapter, we introduce the structure , the configuration of hardware and the implement of software in this system .The Last chapter, we summarise the article and prospect technology correlatively.
