聚合物水泥基固沙材料的研究

【摘要】 沙漠面积迅速扩张及沙尘暴频发,造成生态环境的急剧恶化和巨大的经济损失,甚至引发某些地区的社会问题,使其成为全球广泛关注的热点。研究新型固沙材料以遏止日益猖獗沙漠化的势头,对新形势下促进我国西部大开发,改善生态环境,加快社会经济稳定增长具有重要意义。 本文提出了以高灰沙比、高水灰比的水泥砂浆为固沙基材,在其中掺入具有黑色保温、吸水保水作用的有机功能组分进行改性,制备新型低成本、高性能聚合物水泥基固沙材料的设计原理。根据聚合物改性水泥砂浆制备聚合物水泥基固沙材料的技术路线,对有机功能组分进行了优选,深入研究了阳离子乳化沥青和聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂对水泥砂浆固沙基材物理力学性能的影响及其作用机理,并利用XRD、SEM现代测试技术对聚合物水泥基固沙材料的微观结构进行了研究。研究结果表明在干燥环境下乳化沥青和高吸水树脂能阻止水分蒸发,促进水泥水化;而且乳化沥青和聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂能与水泥水化产物发生键合,与水化水泥产物交织在一起形成互穿网络,改善材料的物理组织结构,显著提高水泥砂浆的强度,有效改善水泥砂浆的脆性,增强其韧性。通过优化设计和试验研究寻找出聚合物水泥基固沙材料中水泥、沙子、乳化沥青和聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂的最优配合比。对该聚合物水泥基固沙材料的耐候性进行了系统全面的研究,结果表明该固沙材料具有良好的抗老化性、耐水性、抗冻融稳定性和耐风蚀能力。

【Abstract】 The quick expansion of the desert area and the frequent occurrence of the sandstorm have resulted in the environment deterioration and the great loss in economy, even cause the social problem of some regions. Desertification becomes the focus of the extensive attention in the world. It is necessary to excogitate the new sand-fixing material to stop increasingly rampant desertification. It can promote big development in western region in our country, improve ecosystem environment and accelerate development of social economy under the new situation.This paper brings up a new design principle that some kinds of polymers can modify cement mortar to prepare high w/c ratio and high c/s ratio polymer modified cementitious sand-fixing material. First the polymers are chosen. The act mechanism of the cationic emulsified asphalt and the polyacrylate super-water-absorbent resin on the cement mortar is analyzed in the dry environment, and the micro-structure of the polymer .modified cementitious sand-fixing material is analyzed through XRD, SEM. The results show the cationic emulsified asphalt and the polyacrylate super- water-absorbent resin can prevent water from evaporating and promote hydration of the cement. They can forms the net in the cement mortar, because the can form special chemical bond with cement hydrate which can improve the physical structure of the material, and increase the strength of the cement mortar remarkably and decrease the brittleness of the cement mortar effectively. The optimal ratio of the cement, sand, emulsified asphalt and superabsorbent water resin are found through optimal design and experiments. The durability of the sand-fixing material has been studied in the laboratory systematically and comprehensively. The results show this sand-fixing material has excellent aging-resistant, frost-resistant, good ability of countering wind erosion and water erosion.
