销盘磨损试验的计算机仿真方法研究

【摘要】 随着现代工业和科学技术的不断发展,人们对机械设备可靠性的要求也越来越高,因而设备的摩擦、磨损、润滑状况也引起了越来越多的重视。实践证明,导致机器失效的主要原因,不是机器的损坏,而是机械零件或者联结件在摩擦力的作用下的磨损。如果能预测机械零件的磨损寿命,就能在很大程度上避免机械事故的发生,取得相当大的经济效益。长期以来,研究人员对摩擦学系统进行研究时,几乎都是通过做大量的试验来获得系统特性曲线,这种方法能在一定程度上获得良好的结果,但是试验本身很复杂,耗时耗力,而且试验的结果很难移植。 本文以提高摩擦学研究水平为目的,在摩擦学系统研究方法指导下,结合计算机程序设计和摩擦学等学科的知识,开发具有应力计算、磨损量与磨损时间预测、磨损表面形貌模拟和磨粒模拟等多种功能的摩擦磨损仿真系统。在开发过程中,采用计算机模拟和试验数据相结合的方法,即在对滑动和滚动摩擦副的物理模型进行研究的基础上,分析了磨损的有关因素,重点是分析接触区域中的应力特性,从而找出它们在磨损过程中对磨损量的影响规律,最后将它们整合起来以获得不同磨损时期的数学模型,并研究了实际工况与磨损量和磨损时间之间的关系。通过上述研究,取得了如下结果: (1) 提出了分三个阶段对零件的磨损量进行仿真计算,这能更好地模拟零件的磨损过程和磨损量; (2) 通过零件的实际工况来计算磨损失效时间和磨损量,这比以前集中于线磨损和重量磨损的研究更有意义; (3) 分析了摩擦副所处的工况及其自身因素等对磨损计算中的影响,考虑到的因素更全面。在计算过程中,将材料本身的特性如表面粗糙度考虑进来。 (4) 通过给定的磨损参数,并结合经验数据,给出可能产生的磨粒和磨损表面形貌图谱,为后面的故障诊断和磨粒分析奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern industry, science and technology, people’s demand on the reliability of machinery is more and more high, the people pay more and more attention to the tribological features. Many cases had proved that the main reason, which made machine slut down, isn’t the damage of components in machinery, but the wear of components of the machine. Provided we can forecast the life of machines, we also could avoid mechanical accidents and get great benefit. When the researches study the tribology systems hi the past time, most of then: results are carried out by a mass of tests, this method can get well results in a certain extent, but it is complex, strenuosity and time waste, the results are difficult to transfer.On the basis of tribo-system theory by integrating computer software with tribology knowledge, this system contains many functions such as stress analysis in the containing area, wear volume and wear tune calculation, wear surface topography simulation and wear gain imitation. During the development of simulating system, the method, which the datum combined with the computer simulation, is adapted. Based on the research of physical modal, some affecting factors of wears results were analyzed, and then different modals in the different running period were derived.The main research results are concluded as below.(1) The simulating calculation of wear volume should be based on three different stages; the wear process and volumes will be well simulated hi this way.(2) The wear times and volumes is calculated according to the actually conditions, which is more signification than the former research which concentrates on the line-wear and weight-wear.(3) Analyzed the effect of work conditions and other factors, the different effect on different wear stages is considered.(4) Based on wear parameter and experience data, the imitated wear particle and surface images of components were given. These are very useful for the fault diagnosis and wear particle analysis.
