【摘要】 现代科学技术的加速发展以及在经济与社会领域的广泛应用，把人类带进了一个以科学技术为主导的科技时代。在这个时代，当我们由衷的赞叹现代科技文明的巨大成就时，也必须清醒地看到和深刻反思问题的另一方面，这就是科技发展应用与人类道德的激烈冲突。迅速发展的科技与相对滞后的道德体系的互动往往陷入两难困境：一方面，革命性的，可能为人类带来深远影响的科学技术常常会引来道德的巨大恐慌；另一方面，人类又不能禁止某些新科技，这可能会使人们丧失未来美好的机遇。 面对两难困境，重新审视科技与道德的关系，探讨科技与道德协调发展的可能性，在科技与道德的激烈冲突中寻找协调发展，这就是本文的目的。而科学技术与道德最终能否实现协调发展，在这个科技占主流的现时代具有深刻的意义，它在某种程度决定了人类的生存与发展。 本文提出科技与道德冲突的问题，从科技与道德关系的理论审视中寻找突破口，认识到保持科技与道德协调发展已成为极为紧迫的现实课题。在此基础上，作者对科技与道德的关系，对待科技的态度等方面作出理性的思考。 本文从三个方面对课题进行了探讨。首先，从科技的道德本质，科技与道德的联系这两方面对科技与道德协调发展的可能性进行论述，这也构成了科技与道德能实现协调发展的基础。其次，本文试图突破传统的思维，构建科技与道德协调发展的新理念与原则，为科技与道德实现协调发展提供指导。最后，本文还客观地从社会因素、人文关怀、思维方式、价值观念、知识水平等方面认识了科技与道德协调发展的障碍。在此基础上，从观念的更新、机制的优化、责任的重塑、制度的完善等方面寻找科技与道德协调发展的对策，旨在实现科技与道德高层次的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The speeding development of modern science and technology and its extensive application in the areas of economy and society have brought human being into the age of sci-tech, an epoch dominated by science and technology. In the epoch of sci-tech, while admiring sincerely the great achievements of the civilization of modern sci-tech, we have to see soberly and think deeply the other side of modern sci-tech. This is intense conflict between the development and application of modern sci-tech and mankind’s ethics. The contradiction between the spurt of technology and creeping of the ethics has brought human being to a dilemma: on one hand, revolutionary and far reaching science and technology can cause great panic; on the other hand, human beings are not willing to miss up the promising future introduced by sci-tech.The article tries to face up to the dilemma, reviews the relationships between sci-tech and ethics, probes the chance of the harmony between sci-tech and ethics in spite of their intense conflicts. The research is so significant that it decides the directions of human being’s existence and development to some degree in the age when sci-tech dominates every aspect of social life.The article is concerned with the conflict of science with ethics, realizing the coordinating between sci-tech and ethics is an urgent is problem facing us, seeks to find out a break-through in the course of the theoretical inquiry into the relationship between sci-tech and ethics. According to this, the article gives a reasonable thinking and account on their relationships.On the grounds mentioned above, the article discusses the issue in three respects as following: First, the article explores the possibility of the coordination between sci-tech and ethics from the perspective of sci-tech’s nature of ethics and their mutual interaction, which are the basics of their coordination. Second, the article makes an attempt to break through the restrictions of traditional tram of thought, sets up a series of new ideas and principles on thecoordination between sci-tech and ethics for theoretical guides. Finally, the article ponders over the barriers that impede the coordination between sci-tech and ethics in the view of society, humanities, mentality, ideology and intellectualism. Hereby, the article searches for the countermeasures for such issue by the means of ideology, mechanism, duty and system in an effort to realize the coordination between sci-tech and ethics.更多还原
