小尾寒羊妊娠及泌乳期日粮能量和蛋白质适宜供给量的研究
Study on the Appropriate Intatke of Energy and Protein of Small Fat-Tail Sheep during Pregnancy and Lactation

【摘要】 本试验通过饲养试验、消化代谢试验和瘤胃降解率测定试验,研究不同代谢能、瘤胃降解蛋白和非降解蛋白水平对妊娠期和泌乳前期小尾寒羊生产性能的影响,以及在本试验条件下,小尾寒羊在妊娠期和泌乳期适宜的日粮代谢能、瘤胃降解蛋白和非降解蛋白的供给量。 在妊娠期,根据母羊妊娠生理阶段的不同,将其分为妊娠前期(100d)和后期(妊娠期后50d)。在小尾寒羊妊娠的前期、后期及泌乳期,将蛋白质和能量作为两个因子,参考NRC绵羊饲养标准,蛋白质设三个水平,分别为NRC需要量的80%,100%,120%。能量设两个水平分别为NRC需要量的100%,120%,分成6组,Ⅰ组为低能量低蛋白质(LELP)、Ⅱ组为低能量中等蛋白(LEMP)、Ⅲ组为低等能量高蛋白(LEHP)、Ⅳ组为高能量低蛋白质(LELP)、Ⅴ组为高能量中蛋白质(HEMP)、Ⅵ组为高能量高蛋白质(HEHP)。 对100只空怀小尾寒羊进行同期发情,人工授精,从其中选42只体重相近、年龄相当的妊娠母羊,随机分成6组,每组7只,进行妊娠期的试验。 母羊产羔后,在原组基本不变的情况下,将每组内羊的个数调整为母羊5只,羔羊10只,分别饲喂6种饲料。 通过小尾寒羊在妊娠期和泌乳期的生产性能(自身增重、羔羊的初生重、泌乳前期体重的变化、羔羊的增重速度及泌乳量)的比较分析,认为在妊娠前期、妊娠后期和泌乳前期的日粮代谢能、瘤胃降解蛋白和非降解蛋白的适宜供给量分别为:0.674 MJ/kgW0.75,4.20 g/kgW0.75,3.67 g/kgW0.75;0.722 MJ/kgW(0.75),s.ssg/kgw”’,z.svg/kgw”’;ovlouJ&g旷”,svo g/kgV”,##s g/kgw”’。
【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted to test different levels of metabolizable energy, rumen degradable protein and undegradable dietary protein on the performance of ewes during each period of pregnancy and lactation l~50d by feeding trial, digestion and metabolism experiments and determination of feed degradation in rumen. The test is conducted to find the appropriate intake of ME , RDP and UDP of ewes during pregnancy and lactation 1-50d.The pregnancy period is divided into two stages-early pregnancy and later pregnancy-according to the physiological stages. A2+3 factorial experiment was performed . Energy was to planed to two levels-low (100% NRC) and high(120%NRC) .Protein was to planed to three levels -low (80%NRC), moderate(100%NRC) and high (120%NRC) .100 small-fat-tail sheep was selected to make to have the same oestrus and be mated by artificial fertilization. During early pregnancy and late pregnancy , 42 small-fat-tail sheep was divided randomly into 6 groups of 7 each, and fed with 2 levels of energy (100% and 120 % of recommended content of NRC (1978 ) ) and 3 levels of protein ( 80%, 100% and 120% of recommended content of NRC(1978)) .The treatments were adjusted to have 5 ewes and 10 lambs each group during lactation l-50d.Through comparison among productive performance of the ewes ( weight gained , the weight of lambs at birth , the changes of ewes during lactation l-50d, the growing speed of lambs and mild yield), the result could be concluded that the appropriate ME, RDP and UDP intake of ewes during early pregnancy, later pregnancy and lactation l-50d was 0.674 MJ/kgW0.75, 4.20g/kgW0.75, 3.67 g/kgW0.75, 0.722 MJ/kgW0.75, 5.55g/kgW0.75, 2.37g/kgW0.75, 0.710MJ/kgW0.75, 8.79 g/kgW0.75, 4.45 g/kgW0.75.
