【摘要】 全文以重庆市普通高校体育教师作为研究对象，综合运用文献法、调查法、统计法、分析比较法等多种方法，从重庆市普通高校体育教师的基本结构情况、心态和教学科研认识情况及近年体育教师流失情况三个大的方面多角度地对其展开调查研究和分析。 研究发现：当前，重庆市高校体育教师队伍存在结构不合理、总体自我评价不高、教学和科研内在动力不足、科研与实践结合不够、整体科研水平不高、学科带头人缺乏、学术带头人和学术骨干水平偏低、队伍总体不太稳定等主要问题。 针对重庆市高校师资队伍的上述问题，提出加强重庆市高校体育师资队伍建设的建议，认为：国家和重庆市政府方面，一是增加对重庆市体育方面的投入，吸引人才，构建体育西部平台；二是有关部门以项目和课题的形式支持重庆市高校师资队伍建设；三是预算各项资金，改善重庆市高校体育教师教学和科研条件。高校方面，一是深化学校内部管理体制改革，激发教师的积极性和创造性；二是创造良好的师资队伍建设环境；三是加快学科带头人、学术带头人的培养，形成具有优势和特色的体育研究和开发群体；四是以提高学历层次为重点，努力改善体育师资队伍结构；五是加大外引内稳力度，正确处理好二者的关系；六是完善教师培训体系，促进体育教师业务素质的全面提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation takes the physical education faculty in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality as researching object. Documents study, investigation including questionnaire survey and interview, statistics, data analysis and comparative study are used as methods. The author investigates and analysis the physical education teachers in various sides in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality from the three major facets, namely, the different constructs, their feeling and attitude to teaching and scientific study and losses in recent years .Through the study, it is found out that, at present, there exist some major problems in the physical education faculty in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality such as irrational structure, low self-evaluation on average, lack of inner enough impetus in teaching and researching, loose relation between scientific and practice, low academic standard, scarcity of the leading and the backbone in the learning, lack of stability.To solve these problems above, the author puts forward countermeasures for the construction of physical education faculty in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality. It is suggested that the government, including the country and Chongqing municipality, should accomplish the following work: first, they should invest more money in physical education in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality in order to appeal to persons with ability and construct the platform in the west china; second, they should support the construction of physical education faculty in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality by giving more projects; third, they should improve teaching and scientific condition by plunging into special fund. The universities and colleges should do such thing as deepening the reform of inner administration system in the universities and colleges in order to stimulate the enthusiasm and creation of physical education faculty in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality, creating the harmonious atmosphere with little limitation, speeding the fostering of the leader of subject and learning in order to form an academic group which has special traits and scientific superiority, improving the construction of physical education faculty in the universities and colleges in Chongqing municipality by mainly raising the diploma scale, augmenting the strength of recruitment and stability and correctly handling the relation between them, further establishing the system of training physical education faculty in order to improve them in all directions.更多还原
