【摘要】 青年是祖国的未来,民族的希望。赢得青年,才能赢得未来。从某种意义上说,历史上任何一个时代,都没有像今天这样重视和关心青年和青年问题。江泽民作为党的第三代中央领导集体的核心,在对外开放和建设社会主义市场经济的实践过程中,以无产阶级革命家的胆略和远见卓识,始终关注青年、重视青年、教育引导青年,形成了马克思主义青年思想的新成果——江泽民青年思想。江泽民青年思想是由江泽民关于青年和青年工作的一系列谈话、讲话以及第三代中央领导集体有关青年和青年工作的重要文献形成的严整的科学体系,是马克思主义青年思想同当代中国青年实践和时代特征相结合的产物,是对马克思主义青年思想和邓小平青年理论的继承和发展,是当代中国的马克思主义青年思想。研究江泽民青年思想,对于学习和理解江泽民关于青年和青年工作的论述,加强青年研究,创新青年理论,改进青年工作,促进青年全面发展,培养造就社会主义现代化建设所需要的“四有”建设者和接班人,全面建设小康社会,具有极其重要的理论价值和现实意义。 《江泽民青年思想研究》力图在借鉴已有成果的基础上,以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,立足时代,着眼培养和造就社会主义现代化合格的建设者和接班人,从哲学视角,整体、全面、系统地分析和归纳江泽民关于青年和青年工作的论述,构建江泽民青年思想的科学体系,进而推动青年理论研究,改进青年工作,指导青年实践,促进青年全面发展。全文由三部分组成: 第一部分,江泽民青年思想的形成和发展。这一部分探讨江泽民青年思想形成的时代背景以及江泽民青年思想形成与发展的理论渊源和时段。其中,江泽民青年思想形成与发展的时段是全文的难点。 第二部分,江泽民青年思想的主要内容及其基本特征。这是全文的重点。在大量阅读、分析、归纳、研究江泽民关于青年和青年工作的论述以及第三代中央领导集体有关青年和青年工作的重要文献的基础上,运用系统分析法,梳理出江泽民青年思想的主要内容,即:关于青年特点、关于青年地位和作用、关于青年教育、关于青年组织和领导、关于青年运动、关于青年干部、关于青年环境、关于青年成才、关于青年使用、关于青年发展等,力图构建起江泽民青年思想的科学体系。在分析江泽民青年思想的形成和发展及其主要内容的基础上,提炼出江泽民青年思想所具有的鲜明的时代性、浓郁的民族性、深刻的实践性、高度的战略性、显著的发展性等基本特征。 第三部分,江泽民青年思想的理论价值和实践意义。这部分是全文的落脚点,从理论和实践两个方面论述江泽民青年思想的价值和意义,即江泽民青年思想继承和发展了马克思主义青年思想,丰富和发展了邓小平青年理论,拓展和升华了“三个代表”重要思想;它是加强青年理论研究的指导思想,是做好青年工作的行动指南,是激励青年全面发展的思想武器。

【Abstract】 Youth is the future of a country, the hope of a nation. Only when winning in cultivating youth can we win in the future. In a sense, not a period in the history like today do we pay so much attention to youth as well as their problems. Jiang zemin, the core of the third central leadership, always cares about youth, thinks highly of youth, and guides youth with great courage and exact anticipation about the future during the process of opening up to the outside world and constructing the socialismmarket economy, to form a new accomplishment of Marxism youth conception-Jiang Zemin’s youth thought. It’s a strict scientific system based on a series of talks and speeches on youth by Jiang and many important documents by the third central leadership, a result of combining Marxist youth conception and Chinese youth practice, the heritage and development of Marxist youth conception and Deng Xiaoping’s youth theory, the contemporary Chinese Marxism youth thought. Researching on Jiang’s youth thought has exceedingly important theoretical value and practical significance, in learning Jiang’s explanation about youth and their problems, improving youth research, innovating youth theory, promoting youth work, accelerating youth development, cultivating instructors for the socialism modernization, and fully constructing the well-off society, etc.The research on Jiang Zemin’s youth thought tried to learn from already-existed achievement, following Marxism, Mao Zedong’s thoughts, Deng Xiaoping’s theory and "three representations", standing on the time, focusing on cultivating constructors of socialism modernization, from a point of philosophy, and analysed Jiang’s explanation about youth, establishing a scientific system about Jiang’s youth thought, in order toboost youth theory research, improve youth work, guide youth practice, cause youth to develop in all aspects. There are three parts in all.Part I , the formation and development of Jiang Zemin’s youth thought. The formation background and the theory root of it will be discussed in this part of which the period of the thought’s formation and development is the most difficult.Part n, the main ideas and features of the thought. This is the most important part. On the basis of extensive reading, analyzing, inducting, researching on Jiang’s report about youth and important documents of the third central leadership, using system analyzing method, come out the main ideas of Jiang’s youth thought, that is, with regard to youth specialists, youth rank and function, youth education, youth organization and leading, youth movement, youth leaders, youth surroundings, youth cultivation, youth development, etc. Trying to establish a scientific system of Jiang’s youth thought. On the basis of analyzing the formation and development as well as the main idea of Jiang’s youth theory, draw out the fundamental features If Jiang’s thought on its developing well with the time, connecting close with the nation, and so on.Part HI, the theoretical value and practical significance of Jiang’s youth thought. This is the last part which indicates Jiang’s youth thought has its value and significance from theory and practice, that is, it’s the heritage of Marxist youth conception, it develops Deng Xiaoping’s youth theory, it enriches the import thought of "three representations"; it guides the research on youth theory, it sheds light on doing youth work well, and it encourages youth to develop from all aspects just like a mental effective weapon.
