【摘要】 一、改革开放以来，我国民营经济蓬勃发展，但是民营企业却存在普遍“短命”的现象，揭示隐藏在民营企业普遍“短命”现象背后的深层次原因，增强民营企业的生存能力，促进民营企业的持续健康发展，已成了当前的一个紧迫任务。 二、我国民营企业“短命”现象的成因。优胜劣汰、适者生存是市场经济的基本规律，民营企业的自然淘汰不可避免。但是除此之外，还有体制、文化、经营者和资金等原因。体制方面，国家政策体制不完善限制了民营企业发展，民营企业家族管理体制也直接影响其发展壮大；文化方面，我国传统文化中的保守因素限制了民营企业发展壮大，民营企业文化建设的滞后性也影响其发展壮大；民营企业经营者的素质问题和融资渠道不畅通等问题也影响民营企业发展壮大。 三、解决我国民营企业“短命”问题、增强其生存能力的对策。在弄清楚民营企业“短命”问题的深层次原因后，增强民营企业的生存能力可以采取以下一些对策：第一，完善政策体制，加强宏观调控；第二，进行制度创新，建立现代企业制度；第三，加强文化建设，建立企业文化；第四，努力学习，提高民营企业经营者的素质；第五，拓宽融资渠道，加大资金支持力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform, non-government economy in China prospers rapidly. But there is a kind of shorten-life phenomenon widespread to non-government enterprise in China. It is an urgent task to find out the essential causes of shorten-life phenomenon, strengthen the capability of existence and development of non-government enterprise.The causes of shorten-life phenomenon include policy, culture, manager and money. The barrier of the system from the planning economy to market economy is basic cause. The government has no direction systems, upbringing methods, protection systems and perfect ministration systems. The influence of China traditional culture and the chaos of culture construction of non-government enterprise are also the causes. The low capability of owner of non-government enterprise and lacking of money are also the causes.This paper will supply with some countermeasures to solve the problems. Firstly we should consummate policy and systems of government then strengthen macro-controlling. Secondly we should change the system of family-controlling and construct modern enterprise systems. Thirdly we should construct culture of non-government enterprise. Fourthly we should promote the owner of non-government enterprise to study in order to improve their capability. Fifthly we should broaden financing channels and hold out money-raising.更多还原
