嫁接苗木自动化品质检测与分级研究

【摘要】 在嫁接正朝着多品种、工厂化方向发展和当前有必要大力发展自动化嫁接技术的前提下,本课题根据苗木自动化嫁接技术的特点,一是以蔬菜苗为研究对象,通过对湘西瓜17号、供体瓠瓜、本地红粟南瓜3种常用嫁接苗分别进行生理特性和物理特性实验,获得它们健株状态下子叶长、子叶宽、子叶面积等特征参数值的变化范围,并将其录入数据库,建立标准样本苗木的特征数据库。二是在自动化嫁接前,利用计算机视觉系统对测试苗木进行图像采集、图像的数字化与编码、图像的转化和增强、图像滤波、图像分割一系列处理,从而获得测试苗木的特征值,在与对应样本苗的特征值进行比较的基础上,将测试后的嫁接苗作自动分级处理。课题研究的意义:一方面降低了苗木嫁接后期病害(苗木自身带病)的发生;另一方面在对嫁接苗品质特征定量检测的基础上,模拟人的分级选苗过程,建立分级模型,实现苗木的计算机自动分级,从而促使苗木分级由传统依靠人工向借助计算机、由经验化向理论化发展,有利于进一步提高苗木嫁接质量,推动我国工厂化培育嫁接苗的快速发展和促进自动化嫁接技术的完善和发展。同时可为农产品外形品质检测与分级研究提供借鉴。 通过瓠瓜、西瓜苗木品质检测试验,与人工检测相比其0级、1级苗木品质检测的准确率达到了100%。
【Abstract】 With grafting developing towards multi-species , industrialization, it’s essential to develop the automatic grafting skill of seedling, based on the present automatic vegetable grafting device. This subject regarded vegetable shoot as the research object, first ,obtained the effective change range of some characteristic parameter value, such as the length of cotyledon, the width of cotyledon, the area of cotyledon,etc. through the physiological and physical characteristic experiments of three daily nursery stocks of watermelon, bottle gourd and squash separately, setting up standard sample characteristic data base of nursery by inputting some characteristic parameter value stock, and offered the basic data for the sample parameter, setting up of designing the software of the nursery stock measuring; second, obtained the characteristic value of testing nursery stocks by computer vision system carrying on a series of punishments of gathering the picture of the nursery stocks, and the picture digitization and code, transformation, enhancements picture filtration and picture cutting apart, etc, before automation is grafted. The grafting shoots after testing is dealt with automatically in grades in case of comparing with the characteristic parameter value of the sample shoot. The research signification of this subject is as follows: on one hand reducing the later stage disease of the nursery stock grafting; on the other hand recording theory of characters of standard grafting seedling in database, simulating the course of people selecting shoot in grade and setting up hierarchic model, realizing the computerization of the nursery stock grades automatically, promoting the development of nursery stock from relying on traditional artificial to using computer and from experience to theoric development, improving the grafting quality of nursery stocks, and promoting the fast development of factory cultivating growing seedlings and accelerating the perfection and development of the automation grafting technology.After testing by quality nursery stocks of watermelon and bottle grourd ,by comparing with man’ s inspection, the accuracy of one grade and two grade measurement can get 100%.
