【摘要】 校长负责制作为我国中小学的现行领导体制，它是我国自改革开放以来学校内部管理体制改革的重要成果。时至今日，进一步优化和完善校长负责制则是我国继续推进学校内部管理体制改革的内在要求。本文首先交待了有关校长负责制的几个理论问题：历史考察、国际比较、本质特征、实践特点和策略分析；而后根据调查总结分析江西省重点中学校长负责制的实行现状，并概括其问题所在；最后紧扣问题，探索优化和完善校长负责制的四个策略：优化内外部环境、健全校长管理制度、规范校长领导决策行为、构建权力监督机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The System of Principal Responsibility, as the current leadership system of our primary and middle school, is the important achievement of the reform of school internal management system since the Reform and Open of Chinese. To these days, optimizing and perfecting it further is the internal requirement for the continuous reform of school internal management system. First, this thesis discussed several theory questions about the System of Principal Responsibility: the inspecting of history, the international comparing, the property and characteristic, the analyzing of tactics. Second, the implementing conditions of the System of Principal Responsibility in the emphasis middle school of Jiangxi province was summarized and analyzed according to the investigation. What is more, several problems were generalized. In the end, four tactics was posed for optimizing and perfecting the System of Principal Responsibility further: optimizing the internal and exterior circumstances, perfecting the system of principal management, standardizing the leadership behavior of principal and decision, structuring the mechanism of power supervisor.更多还原
