【摘要】 城市发展中的土地利用研究不仅是剖析人文驱动力因素对土地利用／土地覆被变化乃至全球环境变化的影响的最佳切入点，而且对人多地少，正处在城市化的加速发展阶段的中国来说，加强对城市土地利用的动态分析和动力机制研究，更有助于妥善解决好“吃饭”与“建设”这一对越演越烈的矛盾，也是建立健全城市土地市场，合理调控城市建设用地增长和实现城市可持续的需要。为缓解这一矛盾，本文以武汉市为例，通过综合运用历史形态方法、动态分析方法和定性的政治经济学分析方法，对1988—2001年间武汉市的城市土地利用动态变化进行了初步研究，以期揭示和把握武汉市的人地关系的内在矛盾，为今后城市土地利用提供参考。 文章以城市土地利用理论和可持续发展思想为指导，选取武汉市为研究样区，对武汉市在1988—1996年和1996—2001年两个时段的土地利用数据进行了系统的历史形态分析和动态分析，阐明了武汉市城市土地利用动态变化的特征，并通过政治经济学分析方法剖析了武汉市城市土地利用扩展的动力机制，提出了武汉市城市土地利用扩展的对策与建议，以实现城市可持续发展。 文章首先简要介绍了论文选题的科学与现实意义和研究思路，并对有关相关概念进行了解析，随后比较系统和全面地评析了城市土地利用的有关理论，在此基础上，综述了国内外城市土地利用研究的进展。 文章的核心部分是武汉市的城市土地利用的动态变化和城市土地利用扩展的动力机制研究。通过对武汉市在1988—1996年和1996—2001年两个时段土地利用的动态演变进行宏观总量分析和结构分析，实证了耕地和城市土地利用是两个最活跃和重要的土地利用类型。其中，耕地呈大面积、多方向式衰减，城市建设用地的增长和农业产业结构的调整是导致耕地直接减少的原因。城市土地利用扩展主要来源于耕地及农村居民点的转化，同时城市土地利用极少转化为其他的土地利用类型，具有很强的不可逆性。通过政治经济学分析方法，剖析了经济发展、城市化和人口增长对城市土地利用的影响，发现城市建设用地的投入对GDP的增长具有明显的正相关。 最后，在武汉市城市土地利用实证研究的基础上，提出了城市土地利用可 丫WW工 扬士字位论叉 W MASTER’STHESIS一 持续发展的对策与建议：确定合理土地利用结构；盘活存量土地；土地集约利 用：土地有效管理；加强可持续发展的普及教育，改变企业和居民的态度和行 为。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research issue of land use in urbanization is not only the best starting point to explore the impacts of human driving factors on land use/ land cover change and on global environmental change which has become the focus of international academics and politics since 1990s, but also is beneficial to reasonably resolve the sharp contradiction between "feeding" and "building", to establish the urban land market and to realize urban sustainable development, which is of especial importance in China in regarding to its large population and scarce cultivated land and rapid urbanization. To reduce the deterioration of the contradiction between "feeding" and "building", this paper preliminarily studies on the dynamic mechanism of urban land use change in Wuhan between 1988 and 2001 by a comprehensive use of historical-morphological, dynamic and political economic analysis. The paper aims at being considered as a reference for the future urban land use due to its attempt to analyze the contradiction between man and land use.With the guidance of urban land use and sustainable development theories, this paper introduces a dynamic mechanism of urban land use change in Wuhan on the basis of analyzing the land use data during two periods (1988-1996 & 1996-2001). By systematically conducting historical-morphological analysis on land use, the dynamic characteristics of land use change in Wuhan are highlighted. By conducting political-economic analysis on the process of urban land development, the primary driving force is discriminated. Finally, the problem of current urban land use in Wuhan are summarized and further adjustment measures are proposed in order to realized sustainable urban development.Firstly the paper introduces the academic and practical significance of the research topic, the explanation of concepts concerned. Then it systematically evaluates the theories of urban land use and reviews the research of urban land use at home and abroad.The paper mainly concerns the change of the urban land use in Wuhan anddynamic mechanism on its urban land use. Through conducting macro analysis on its overall quantities and structural analysis on its process of the dynamic changes of land use in Wuhan in 1988-1996 1996-2001, cultivated land and urban land use are found to be the two most active and important land use types. The cultivated land declines in large scale and multi-direction. The growth of urban and rural construction land and the adjustment of agricultural structure are the direct driving forces resulting in the decline of cultivated land. The main sources of urban land are transformed from the cultivated land and rural residential land. At the same time, the area of urban land use transformed to other land use types is very small. Thus, the urban land use growth is of strong irreversibility. By conducting political-economic analysis, the development of economy, urbanization and the growth of population are considered to play important role in the urban land use. What’s more, the growth of investment in urbanization is found to apparently accelerate the growth of GDP.Finally, the paper puts forward the following adjustment measures in sustainable development in the urban land use by previous analysis. An appropriate system of land use should be established so as to achieve efficient land management resulting in effective and comprehensive use of land. The education and popularization of sustainable development should be strengthened to change the attitude and behavior of urban residents and forms.更多还原
