【摘要】 城市边缘区是城市向乡村的过渡地带，是城市化最直接、最敏感的地区，在土地利用上具有特殊性，也存在不少问题。随着我国城乡经济的迅速发展，城市与乡村之间的相互影响与作用日趋强烈，由此所激发和暴露出的城市边缘区发展与建设方面的问题与矛盾十分突出，城市边缘区的土地利用问题也已成为当前研究的“热点”。 为此，本论文选择以城市边缘区土地利用为研究对象，试图通过理论研究与实证研究相结合来分析城市边缘区土地利用结构特征，揭示城市边缘区土地利用形成演变的过程、机制和内在规律，探讨其土地利用存在的主要问题及其原因，并力图寻求解决边缘区土地利用问题的途径。全文共分五个部分： 第一部分为城市边缘区概述。简要论述了城市边缘区的基本概念、研究现状、特征与功能。 第二部分讨论了城市边缘区土地利用研究的有关理论与方法。本文运用的理论基础包括三方面内容：一是城市边缘区土地利用的理论与模式；二是城市边缘区土地利用形成演变的机制；三是城市边缘区土地利用动态演变过程理论和发展阶段理论。 第三部分为武汉市边缘区土地利用分析。在分析了武汉市边缘区发展演变的过程和土地利用的现状与特征之后，对武汉市边缘区土地利用形成演变的机制和主要影响因素进行了较为系统和深入地研究。 第四部分为武汉市洪山区土地利用分析。首先分析了洪山区土地利用现状，然后着重分析了洪山区土地利用变化的特征和内在规律，最后论述了洪山区土地资源利用特点。 第五部分为武汉市边缘区土地利用问题及优化布局。指出了武汉市边缘区土地利用现存的主要问题，提出了武汉市边缘区土地利用优化布局的基本原则，并针对产生问题的原因提出了其优化布局的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban fringe is the transition region from town to country, and it is the area where urbanization is most direct and most sensitive. It has particularities and many problems in its land-use. Along with the quick development of our urban and rural economy, the effect and the action between town and country have been gradually strong. Therefore the problems and the contradictions, which are stirred and exposed in the development and construction of the urban fringe, are very outstanding. The problems on the land-use of the urban fringe have come a " hot point" of present research.So this paper takes the land-use of the urban fringe as research object. By combining theoretical study with case study, it tries to analyze the structural characteristic on the land-use of the urban fringe, and reveal the process, the mechanism and the internal rule on the land-use change of the urban fringe, and discuss the main problems and their reasons of the land-use, then tries to find out the measures to resolve the problems. This paper consists five parts.The first part is the summarization of the urban fringe. It briefly interprets the basic conception, present research situation, the character and the function of the urban fringe.The second part discusses relational theories and methods on the land-use of the urban fringe. The fundamental theories are as follows: (1) the theories and modes on the land-use of the urban fringe; (2) the formation and change mechanism of land-use in the urban fringe; (3) the theories on the process of the land-use change in the urban fringe and the theories on the development of the urban fringe.The third part is the analysis on the land-use of the urban fringe in Wuhan. After it analyzes the development and change process of the urban fringe, the present situation and the characters on the land-use of the urban fringe in Wuhan, it studies the mechanism and the main influencing factors on the land-use change of the urban fringe in Wuhan deeply and fully.The fourth part is the analysis on the land-use of the urban fringe in Hongshan district, Wuhan. Firstly, it analyzes the present situation on the land-use of the urban fringe in Hongshan district, Wuhan. And then, it emphasizes the characters and internal regulation on the land-use change of the urban fringe. Lastly, it shows its characters on the land-use of the urban fringe in Hongshan district, Wuhan.The last part is the problems and the optimizing layout on the land-use of the urban fringe in Wuhan. It points out present main problems on the land-use of the urban fringe in Wuhan. And it puts forward the basic principles on the optimizing layout of the land-use. As according to the reasons of its problems, it puts forward the countermeasures of the optimizing layout on the land-use of the urban fringe in Wuhan as according to the reasons of its problems.更多还原
