长株潭地区生态环境质量评价信息系统的研制

【摘要】 生态环境质量评价信息系统是生态评价科学化、现代化的标志。它融计算机技术、数据库技术、GIS技术等多种应用技术于一体,利用计算机技术强大的数据存储功能、快速、准确的计算和GIS的图像处理功能,对生态质量各单项评价指标进行模型化处理、计算并得到综合评价指标进行计算,并将综合评价指标与地理位置结合起来,实现生态质量评价的实时化、动态化和可视化。本文在系统研究生态环境评价的理论与方法的基础上,采用了先进的COM技术,将地理信息系统开发平台MapⅩ与高级语言开发工具Delphi相结合,以Access作为数据库管理工具,开发出长株潭地区生态环境质量评价信息系统。本系统的设计充分考虑到用户需求,界面设计全部汉化,多采用菜单形式操作,易于为广大用户掌握。全文共分为二个部分,第一部分为文献综述,主要对生态环境评价有关的中外文献进行详细评述;第二部分为正文,包括研究区概况、研究内容与研究方法、系统的研制与开发、系统的运行与管理及结果与讨论。研究区的概况包括研究区生态环境的基本状况和生态环境建设中存在的问题。研究内容和研究方法阐述了研究的对象、内容、任务、方法和开发流程。在确立了研究的内容和方法后,就可以开始系统的研制开发工作,主要包括系统的目标、设计原则、系统分析、数据库设计、程序设计、功能设计等几方面。系统的运行与管理主要指系统的实现和系统的实现过程中出现的问题。在结果与讨论中,笔者总结了本次研究的一些主要结论,同时也指出了系统存在的不足。

【Abstract】 Study and development of ecology environment quality evaluation informationsystem in changzhutan districtEcology environment quality evaluation information system is the symbol of scientific and modeitn ecology evaluation, which include computer, database and gis technology. It uses the strong and powerful storage, fast and exact calculation and map management function to classify the ecology environment quality and links this data with the geographical location, making the ecology evaluation timely, dynamic and visible.On the basis of systemic studying the theories and methods of ecology evaluation, the author combines MapX, the GIS development flat to Delphi, the language tool, applies Access as the DBMS and develops the ecology environment quality evaluation information system which introduces the advanced technique of COM. This system considers the user’s requirement fully and designs all the graph user interface in Chinese and in menu format. It is easily leaned by all the users.This paper is divided into two parts. The first one summarize the literature about ecology environment quality evaluation in the home and overseas. The second one is the straight matter, which includes research district’s general situation, research content and method, system design and development, system application and management, result and discussion section. The general situation section describe the ecology profile and the ecology current problem. Content and method section include research object, content, system task, process of the system. Following that the system begin to design, which is made up of the system goal, system designing principle, system plan, database planing, program design and function design. In the last section, the author bring forward this paper’s conclusion and some shortcoming of this system.
