我国环保产业指标体系及其综合评价研究

【摘要】 近几年来，环境与发展成为全球最关注的问题之一，世界从来没有像今天这样把环境与发展问题看得如此重要。可持续发展已经成为推动科技进步的动力、建设文明社会的象征和人类共同追求的目标，作为建立在这一理论基础上的环保产业将迎来发展的最佳时期，所以环保产业也受到了全世界的关注。那什么是环保产业?我国的环保产业发展的现状是什么样的呢?又如何来客观地评价它呢?这一系列的问题都亟待在理论和实践上的深入研究，为环保产业的发展提出一些切实可行的建议。 关于环保产业的界定问题，一直是进行环保产业理论研究的一个重要问题，也是建立环保产业指标体系的基础性问题，这一问题就是在世界范围内也是一个难题，国内外都有不同的观点。本文在前人理论研究的基础上，提出了自己的一些见解。本文的主旨是设置一个比较合理和完整的环保产业的统计指标体系，并在此基础上通过多指标综合评价方法对我国31个省市的环保产业进行评价，使人们更清楚地看出我国环保产业发展的现状及存在的问题。为使评价结果能更好的反映研究对象的情况，本文在多指标综合方法上作了一些新的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of environment and development has been one of the topics for several years, and the world has never take this problem as so important as today. The sustainable development has been the momentum of impelling the science and technology, the symbol of civilized society and the aim that people pursued. So the environmental protection industries will be heading on the best stage to develop. What are environmental protection industries? How they developed in China? How to assess them? These problems require us to put forward some feasible advices through the deep researches.This paper describes three main aspects of environmental protection industries. Firstly, this paper researches the theoretical problem of environmental protection industries and gives some opinions. Secondly, this paper establishes a reasonable and integrated statistical index system to make up the statistical status of environmental protection industries. Thirdly, this paper uses the improvedly comprehensive assessment method to assess the developmental level of environmental protection industries among thirty-one provinces. By this way can people know the whole level of environmental protection industries in China and existed problems, so people can find out ways to improve and promote our environmental protection industries.更多还原
