【摘要】 利率市场化的浪潮几乎席卷世界上每一个国家，其中有成功的案例，也有失败的教训。本文在比较借鉴国外利率市场化经验的基础上，分析了利率市场化改革成功推行的条件，并结合我国国情指出了我国实现利率市场化改革所需具备的微观基础、宏观条件及金融市场条件。指出目前我国推行利率市场化改革需深化银企改革；稳定财政、货币和汇率政策，控制财政赤字规模；加强金融市场建设，完善金融监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many countries have experienced the reform of liberation of interest rate. Some of them succeed, but others failed. This paper analyzed the factors of successful interest rate reform concluded from other countries’ experiences. And pointed out the measures which we should take, such as deepen the reform of property right system on state owned enterprises and banks; stabilize fiscal, monetary and foreign exchange rate policy; strengthen the construction of finance market and further the supervision on market order, to realize the reform of liberation of interest rate based on our own national conditions.更多还原
