基于重复控制算法的正弦波逆变电源设计

【摘要】 针对普通逆变电源的由于非线性负载和扰动所引起的波形畸变问题,提出了将重复控制算法应用于逆变电源控制系统。本文分析了重复控制理论的设计基础,通过试验的方法建立了逆变电源的数学模型,设计了将重复控制器应用于逆变电源系统,提出了一种嵌入式的重复控制系统方案。分析讨论了该系统的稳定性和稳态误差。系统硬件电路采用数字信号处理器TMS320F240为主控制电路的芯片,设计了重复控制系统的主电路和控制电路。并设计了重复控制器的算法,对系统的相应部分进行了MATLAB的软件仿真。结果表明重复控制算法的应用能获得较好的输出波形。

【Abstract】 The pulsewidth modulation(PWM) inverters that are used to convert DC voltage to constant-frequency constant-voltage sine wave voltage are widely employed in uninterrupted power supply and other industry facilities .Nonlinear loads and parameter uncertainties , causing periodic tracking error ,are major sources of THD in AC power systems . In this paper ,a plug-in digital Repetitive control scheme is proposed for single-phase sine wave pulsewidth modulation inverter to achieve high quality output voltages, hi the control scheme ,,the repetitive controller is plugged into the stable single-phase inverter, the plug-in repetitive controller is designed to eliminate periodic disturbance and track periodic reference signal with zero tracking error, the design theory of plug-in repetitive controller is described systematically and the stability analysis of overall system and system error is discussed .on basis of the sys the hardware of the inverter with the digital signal processor TMS320F240 , and the software of the system are designed, and so all, the merits of the controlled system includes the features of harmonics distortion, robustness to parameters uncertainties ,simple hardware design and simple control algorithm and simple software design, simulation and some results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
