基于小波变换的流体振荡原理流量计数字信号处理方法与系统

【摘要】 基于流体振荡原理的流量计应用相当广泛,但是,易受管道振动和流体扰动等噪声的影响。用现有的模拟处理方法,不能保证流量计的现场测量精度,流量计的量程比受限。本文采用小波变换的方法处理基于流体振荡原理的流量传感器信号,准确计算其频率。用数字信号处理器和可编程逻辑器件研制流量计数字信号处理系统。该系统硬件包括数字信号处理器芯片、前向输入通道、液晶显示器、模拟量输出部分、键盘输入部分、保护电路部分和逻辑控制部分。该系统的软件主要包括监控程序、中断服务程序、计算程序和显示程序等。整套软件由C语言编写,可读性和可移植性强。该系统能实时处理信号,并保证测量精度。

【Abstract】 The flowmeters based on the principle of flow vibration are widely used. However, they are easily subjected to noises caused by pipe vibrations and fluid turbulence. The analogy circuits in flowmeter are unable to ensure the measuring precision of flowmeters in fields, and make the span ratio of flowmeter lower than theoretical value. Therefore the output signal of flow sensor is processed by means of the wavelet transformation to calculate the accuracy frequency in this paper. A digital signal processing system is developed for flowmeters with DSP and CPLD. The hardware in this system includes a digital signal processor, an analogy input channel, a LCD, an analogy output path, a keyboard input part, a guard circuit and a logic control circuit. The software in this system includes a monitor program, a LCD display program, an interrupt service program, a computing program and so on. The whole software is developed by C language, and is easy to be read and migrated. The system processes the signal in real time, and ensures the measuring precision.
