铝电解槽阳极气体成分在线检测的研究

【摘要】 应用CO2气敏陶瓷型传感器结合单片机数据采集系统来测定铝电解槽阳极气体成分,进一步计算铝电解槽电流效率,是一种新的电流效率的测定方法。本文设计了以新型纳米电子陶瓷电容型CO2气敏元件为传感器,以MSP430F149为核心的单片机系统和上位机数据处理的铝电解槽阳极气体成分在线检测系统。 CO2气敏陶瓷电容型传感器将纳米理论和半导化理论引入了传感器的研制过程中,这种传感器通过气体表面吸附,及在半导体介质的晶界层产生的晶界效应,使得不同浓度CO2气体产生不同的电容值。这种传感器的原料由纳米级BaTiO3和CuO粉末组成,制作过程是将两种粉末充分混合,然后压制成半径8mm,厚0.6mm的圆片,500℃下烧结5小时后,两面设置导电银电极,引出Pt线。 单片机系统以一个真正的在系统可编程全智能数据采集系统—TI公司2000年推出的FLASH型超低功耗16位单片机为核心。系统分为:数据采集子系统;数据存储子系统;数据上传子系统;数据显示子系统等四个部分。设计中还针对铝电解工业的特点考虑了系统的抗干扰性。系统的驱动程序用C语言编写。系统在调试后,可以实现通过传感器采集数据,并计算出与之对应的CO2的浓度值,然后进行结果的存储、显示。这个系统还可以将采集的数据发送到PC机进行分析。 本文以C++Builder 5.0作为开发工具,编制了上位机数据接收和处理软件,界面友好,实现了数据接收、保存、显示;还可以画出曲线来分析数据。
【Abstract】 Qin Jianmin, Zeng ShuipingUsing CO2 air-sensitive electronic-ceramic sensor and data collection system of micro-controller to measure anode gas composition, and calculating the current efficiency in aluminum electrolysis is a new method, which can realize online determination of the current efficiency in aluminum production.The paper brought forward an online detection system of the anode gas composition in aluminum electrolysis. The system mainly consists of the electronic-ceramic capacitive-type sensor for CO2, the single chip system with the MSP430F149 CPU and the data processing software on PC.The electronic-ceramic capacitive-type sensor for COi is based on the nanometer and semiconductor theories. According to the mechanism of the gas surface absorbing actions and the mechanism of grain boundary effect of semiconductors, the capacitance of the sensor can be changed with the variation of CO2 concentration. This sensor is made from BaTiO3 and CuO powder in nanometer grade. The process of manufacture is described as mixing BaTiO3 and CuO powder adequately, then pressing the mixture into wafer with thickness 0.6mm and radius 8mm, and finally sintering the wafer at 500癈 for 5 hours. The Ag electrode and Pt down-lead were set to the sensor.The Micro-controller system used MSP430F149 of TI Company as CPU, which has an in-system programmable and intelligent data acquisition system. The system has four parts, which are data collecting subsystem, data storage subsystem, data displaying subsystem and data uploading subsystem. The system’s anti-interference has also been considered for the special cases of Al-electrolysis industry. The driver program of system is compiled by Clanguage. After being debugged, the system can collect spot data using sensor and calculate the content of CO2. The measured results can be stored and displayed. The system can also upload the data to PC in order to analyze data conveniently.PC software was programmed with C++ builder 5.0 for further dealing with the data. The interface of software is friendly; the received data can be stored and displayed; the relative curve based on received data can be conveniently shown on the screen.
