【摘要】 目前国内很多企业、行业已经建好了业务系统，并且在各部门都积累了大量数据。如何从这些数据中分析、挖掘出对企业业务、客户关系管理以及决策有用的信息，成为这些用户所面临的问题。那么如何解决呢，以数据仓库技术为基础的商业智能(Business Intelligence，简称BI)能满足企业这方面的需要。 在此文中，作者对如何在中小型企业内实行BI进行了研究，并提出了解决方案。作者先就国内中小企业的现状进行了解和调查；在此基础上，从以下几个方面讲述了面向中小企业的BI解决方案，首先，详细阐述了什么是BI，BI的发展、市场现状以及BI的流程和如何实现BI系统的良性循环；其次，介绍了作为实现BI基础的数据仓库，从数据仓库的数据组织到数据仓库的设计与实施，都作了深入的研究和说明；第三，即实现BI的另一个关键技术——OLAP，对此笔者将其结合微软的Analysis Services说明了在BI中如何得以实现；最后，在Analysis Services的基础上开发了一套基于B／S模式的OLAP前端展现工具，并对开发的关键模块结构进行了详细的说明。 作者开发的OLAP前端展现工具ProOLAP基于B／S架构，客户端只需要浏览器即可查看多维数据库中的数据，并不需要复杂的安装和维护，简化了设计，企业的外部网可以访问相关的数据，从而使得企业的外部网和内部网统一起来。此分析工具具有友好的图形界面为数据探查和决策制定提供了一个直观的环境。其一致的旋转透视表、图表和报表的设计模式，使得各个层次的用户都可以流畅的在该产品中移动。更多还原

【Abstract】 In present, more and more enterprises have established business information system and accumulated huge amount of business data While a difficult problem confront these corporations’ leaders that is how to discover the useful information in the data of disorder, which will be helpful greatly in customer relation management, decision-making and business affairs. How can we do? The answer is BI, Business intelligent, based on data warehouse, can satisfy all the requirements above.In the article, author made a deep study about how to realize BI in small corporations, and provided a BI scheme for them. The scheme will be introduced from the following aspects. At first, the author told of us what is BI, BI’s development, its marketing and realization, also how to make it circulate very well and so on Secondly, author emphasized on data warehouse, which is an important part of BI, included how to establish data warehouse data structure in DVV and how to design it. In the third one, combined with Analysis Services, gave a particular description of OLAP, which is very important as data warehouse for realizing BI. Finally, developed an OLAP exhibition tool with B/S structure, and demonstrated the details of programming.The OLAP exhibition Tool, ProOLAP, is based on Browser/Server structure. With a simple designing, not required complicated installation and maintenance, by which the Users in client computers can browse business data saved in multidimensional database. The outer network and inner network of corporations can be linked up using the exhibition tool. In addition, the friendly interface of ProOLAP made it very direct and convenient when users look over business data and make decision.更多还原
