张拉整体桁架结构成型机理研究

【摘要】 张拉整体结构是将柔性索与刚性的杆件组合在一起的一种大跨度空间结构。其优良的受力、抗震性能,简便的施工方法,显著的社会、经济效益正日益引起工程师们的关注。本文将要介绍的张拉整体桁架结构——STRARCH就是一种新型的张拉整体结构:其主要施工方法是在桁架安装就位后,对桁架下弦中的钢索进行张拉,使得结构最终呈现出拱的形状;其具有跨度大、构造简单、施工简便、造价低廉等显著的优点。可以广泛应用于体育场馆、大型商场、大容量仓库等大型工业与民用建筑。在国外,张拉整体桁架结构更是以其无法替代的优势而被大量应用于飞机维修库房。 本文的研究重点在于揭示张拉整体桁架结构成型的机理。考虑到这是一种国外的专利技术,因此本文首先结合国外已建工程实例就张拉整体桁架结构的基本构造,施工方法进行了较为详细的介绍,并在全面剖析成型过程中结构力学特性的基础上,采用非线性有限元方法推导了全部公式,并据此编写了计算机程序,对若干具体的算例进行了成型过程的全程仿真分析,研究了结构在成型过程中的变形方式、内力大小和塑性区分布等重要问题,找出了影响结构成型的几个重要参数,进一步的参数分析给出了这些参数的取值范围。 本文的研究结果对于进一步分析张拉整体桁架结构工作阶段的受力性能具有一定的指导作用。为全面掌握张拉整体桁架结构的工作原理奠定了基础。可以预见:对于2008年北京奥运会体育场馆和众多短期、临时性建筑而言,张拉整体桁架结构可以大显身手。

【Abstract】 Tension structure is one kind of large-span space structure, which combines cable with truss by some way. More and more engineers are paying more attention to tension structure for its well mechanics and seismic performance and great socialand economic benefit. This paper will introduce a new kind of tension structure-STRARCH. During the construction, the steel truss will be assembled at ground level, followed by a post-tensioning process to lift the structure into its final arch configuration. STRARCH can be used for gymnasium, shopping mall, and large storage, especially for hangar because of its many advantages such as long span, simple composition, convenient construction and inexpensive cost.First, this paper makes a detailed introduction of composition and construction of STRARCH. The key part of the paper is the analysis for the tension process during construction. On the basis of the descriptions of the mechanics characteristic of STRARCH, a program is presented which compiled according to the formulation of the geometrical and material nonlinear finite element method. Several examples that calculated by the program are also presented. The paper drew the conclusion of the mode of deformation and the value of internal force and the distribution of plastic zone after processing the data. According to these results, this paper indicates some significant factors that have influence on the tension process of the STRARCH. The value ranges of some important factors are also presented in the following parameter analysis.The conclusion of this paper is the direction to the further research of the STRARCH during the working period, and providing the foundation for commanding the STRARCH. We can foresee that the STRARCH will strut its stuff in the gymnasium and the short term and temporary buildings during the Olympic Game, which will be hold in Beijing in 2008.
