基于J2EE体系架构的办公自动化系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 从20世纪80年代中期至今的短短10多年时间内,国内办公自动化应用系统发展迅速。从20世纪90年代中期开始,随着以Lotus Notes为代表的工作流群件技术的面世,出现了以网络技术和协同工作技术为主要特征的第二代办公自动化系统,实现了工作流程自动化。本文对当前办公自动化系统的现状进行了分析,并结合现代企业在信息化过程中所遇到的具体问题和需求,经过详细分析并设计了该办公自动化系统。论文讲解了该办公自动化系统的整体架构设计,功能模块设计:日常办公、日常业务、综合信息和系统管理。特别对工作流自动化技术、分类、模式及其实现机制进行了深入的探讨和研究。并在此基础上提出了自己的解决方案,实现了工作流自动化,其中包括业务申请、业务审批、业务管理、业务流程定制和审批日志等模块的实现。该系统是基于J2EE体系构架基础之上的,充分利用了J2EE体系架构的优势。另外,本文还描述了J2EE分布式应用体系结构的特点以及BEA的WebLogic的技术特性。
【Abstract】 In more than ten years from the middles of 1980s to now, domestic OA application system has develop rapidly. From the middles of 1990s,with the appearance of work flow groupware technology such as Lotus Notes, the second generation of OA system characterises itself with network technology and cooperation work technology, and realizes the automation of the work flow.This article analyses status in quo of nowdays OA system, and combines the request and those problems that been meet with in the process of informatization of enterprise. After analysis,the author designed this OA system. The article explains detailedly the designment of this OA system’s architecture and its function module such as daily work, daily business, general information and system management. Also, this paper especially discusses and researches the automation technology, classify, model and implementation mechanism of workflow. And according to the researches of workflow, the author implemented the workflow automation, including: business apply, business approve, business administer, business workflow custom and approve log. This system is based on J2EE architecture and makes full use of this software architecture. This paper still describes the character of J2EE distributed application system architecture and the technology trait of BEA’s WebLogic.
