【摘要】 通过对国内外玻璃瓶模具设计现状进行分析和比较，从国内生产厂家实际应用出发，在综合分析玻璃瓶制造工艺及成型过程基础上，开发出玻璃瓶模具CAD系统GBMCAD。本论文重点研究了GBMCAD系统的设计方法、模具CAD中的数据处理方法、玻璃瓶模具的自动设计及模具工程图纸的自动输出。 GBMCAD系统是利用Visual C++6.0和AutoCAD 2000的二次开发工具ObiectARX2000开发的，并且采用了面向对象的编程思想。它运行在Windows98或Windows 2000操作系统上，实现了玻璃瓶瓶形设计、模具设计的自动化及模具零件工程图纸的自动输出。 GBMCAD系统的主要功能有：(1)瓶形造型。包括设计新的瓶形及所设计瓶形的二维、三维立体图展示；(2)模具设计的自动化。包括非标准模具零件的设计计算及标准模具零件的选型；(3)模具工程图纸的自动输出。利用模具设计得到的参数结果，进行参数化绘图，直接输出模具零件的工程图纸；(4)图形库。包括瓶形库和模具标准件库。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses and compares the present status of glass bottle mould design of domestic and foreign situation. Based on the analyses of forming process and manufacturing engineering of glass bottle, a CAD(Computer Aided Design) system of glass bottle mould-GBMCAD(Glass Bottle Mould CAD) is developed. In this paper, the studies of the design methods of GBMCAD system and the methods of data management in the mould CAD and the automation design of glass bottle mould and the automation output of mould schedule drawing are the emphases.The GBMCAD system developed by using Visual C++ and ObjectARX requires operating system of Windows98 or Windows2000. It actualizes the automation design of glass bottle and mould and automation output of the mould schedule drawing. In this system, the thinking of Object Oriented Programming is applied. The main functions of GBMCAD system are as follows: (1)Automation design of glass bottle. In this part, the planar and three-dimensional drawing of designed glass bottle can be shown. (2)Automation design of glass bottle mould. It includes the choice of standard moulds and the calculation of none-standard moulds. (3)Automation output of the mould schedule drawing. In this part, the thinking of parameterized drawing is used. The system can draw the mould schedule drawing with the data produced in mould design process automatically. (4)Drawing library.
