武术服标准的制定

【摘要】 本文对武术运动及其所形成的武术服作了较精辟的介绍，指出武术服作为一种特殊服装所具有的民族性、运动性和表演性，并阐述了制定武术服标准对武术服实现产业化，促使武术运动在世界范围迅速发展的重要意义和必要性。 制定武术服产品标准，是开展标准化工作的重要内容，是一项科学理论与生产实践相结合的综合课题。本文对武术服标准中一些重要内容和指标的制定原则、科学依据、制定方法及其结论进行了分析和论述。 在进行大量调研和体型测量的基础上，运用数理统计方法，对武术运动员的体型进行了分析。利用公式计算出各部位的均值和标准差，并分析了武术运动对运动员身体形态的影响，从而确定中间体型，并将武术队员的体型分为Y、A型；在选择身高和胸围两个基本部位和其它八个控制部位后，分别确定出控制部位对基本部位的二元线性回归方程，并运用其计算控制部位分档数值，从而制定出适合武术运动员的武术服号型规格标准。在此基础上还比较了武术运动员和普通人体的差异，并从运动生理学角度进行了分析。 由于武术服既作为一种运动服装，又作为一种表演服装，本身具有两者的特点。因而在面料和性能上有特殊的要求。本文分析了现有武术服所采用的多种面料，通过对各种面料的透气透湿性能的分析和比较，以及各面料的价格、舒适感和外观等方面，确定了用真丝或仿丝面料作为武术服用料。 在技术指标方面，根据武术运动的特点，并遵照产品标准制定规则，对武术服制定了多项具体要求，其中特别对色牢度、缝口强度和规格偏差极限以及缩水率等指标进行了分析和研究。 为了适应当今绿色纺织品发展的趋势，重视服装对人体健康的影响，在标准的制定中加强了对生态指标的研究。确立了PH值、甲醛含量、偶氮染料这三个普遍引起关注的指标，从而使武术服标准同其它服装标准相比在技术含量上有了明显的提高。 本文的研究成果填补了运动服标准的空白，对武术服产业化具有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has introduced the Wushu sport and Wushu garment in detail. As a kind of special apparel, the Wushu garment maintains the characteristic of nationality, athletics and performance. The significance and necessity has been elaborated to establish the standard of Wushu garment, which can realize the industrialism and can improve the development of Wushu sport in the wold.To establish the standard of product is an important content of carrying out the standardization. It is a comprehensive topic that combined scientific theory with practice. The principles, scientific basis and the method of some important index are discussed when conform the standard.The types of Wushu athletes were analyzed based on the investigation and measurement in a large quantity by using the statistics. The mean value and standard deviation of each position were caculated following the formula, and at the same time, the influence of middle size was confirmed and the body type of althlete were divided into Y and A. After choosing height and chest as the two basic positions and eight others as control positions, the duality linear regression equations of each control position relating to both basic position were conclude, and then they were used to get the grade. Thus a suitable size specification on Wushu garment especially for Wushu athletes was established. Besides, the difference of body form between Wushu member and ordinary people were compared and analyzed from the point of kinematics.Since Wushu garment is used both for performance and sport, it should maintain the characteristic of these two kinds of clothes. Thus, there are some special requirements on fabrics and the properties of Wushu garment. Various fabrics adopted by the existing Wushu garment were studied and compared from the following aspects, namely, air permeability and water permeability and some other performance, and then the silk fabric was conformed to be the preferable material for Wushu garment.On the aspect of technical indexes, according to the characteristic of Wushu garment and the rules to make product standard, a lot of specific requirements were made for Wushu garment. Particularly, the colorfastness, seam strength and the maximum deviation of specifications, washing shrinkage were analyzed and studied.In order to adapt to the trends of development Eco-Textiles, the ecological indexes were augmented when the standard was set. The PH value, formaldehyde content and azo dyes are settled, and the three indexes are come into notice by most people. Thus the standard of Wushu garment has more highly technical than other standard.The accomplishment of this paper has filled the blank of sportswear standard, and can encourage the industrialization of Wushu garment.更多还原
