【摘要】 本文从生态系统的隐喻出发，以系统学和生态学为理论基础，对商业生态系统的构成因子、功能、稳定性及其进化规律进行了分析并得出一系列结论，以期对如何维持商业生态系统的可持续发展提供理论指导。 本文认为：商业生态系统是一个复杂、进化的控制论系统，其稳定性随复杂性的增加而增加，但增加到一定程度后则成反向变化趋势。商业生态系统的稳定性包含两种能力，即商业生态系统的承载力与恢复力，这两种力之间存在着相互排斥的关系。商业生态系统存在着一个稳定性阈值。商业生态系统的稳定性阈值，取决于商业生态系统的成熟程度。越成熟的商业生态系统，其承载力也就越高，阈值也越高；反之，承载力越低，稳定性阈值也就越低。如果在一定时间、一定区域内所有企业发展对企业生态环境的利用和作用超出了其承载力，商业生态系统就会遇到破坏从而失衡。本文提出造成商业生态系统失衡的原因主要有三个方面：商业生态系统的发展与环境制度不配套；商业生态内部物种的过度竞争或资源的过度利用和商业生态环境的污染。 最后，本文试图对商业生态系统的进化模式进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of system and ecology, this article analyzes the components, function, stability and evolution law of business ecosystem in order to provide sustainable development of business ecosystem with theoretical direction.This article holds this opinion that business ecosystem is a complicated and evolutional cybernetic system, the stability of. which enhances along with the complexity till one extent, after which the stability changes in the reverse direction. The stability of business ecosystem comprises two abilities which exclusive from each other: the carrying capacity and the resilience. Every business ecosystem has a threshold value. The more mature the business ecosystem is, the more powerful its carrying capacity gets and the bigger its threshold gets. If at a certain moment and a certain region, the business ecosystem can’t bear the weight of the development of all enterprises, it will lose the balance .The reasons of the unbalance of business ecosystem are the unmatching of its development and environment system, the excessive competition of the species and the pollution of environment.In the end, the article try to study the model of evolution of the business ecosystem.更多还原
