【摘要】 批发企业是目前我国商品流通领域中最为薄弱的一个环节，普遍存在着经营萎缩、效益下降、功能滞后的问题，不能适应现代经济发展的要求，急需转型，而我国理论界在相关领域的研究又比较少见。因而在当前的形势下，对批发企业经营创新的探索有着重要的理论与现实意义。 本文旨在借助供应链管理这一新兴的理论为批发企业的经营创新寻求发展方向。首先从理论上分析批发企业与供应链之间的关系，包括批发企业在供应链中存在的经济意义、所能发挥的功能及可能存在的几种地位模式，同时介绍了几种供应链管理方法与理论对批发企业经营创新的启示。其次研究了国外一些批发企业应用供应链管理实现经营创新的成功实践，并从中得出几点共性经验。最后结合前述理论与实践探究我国批发企业如何进行经营创新，提出其未来发展的三个方向：生产企业的总经销、总代理商，零售支持型服务提供商，供应链资源管理者，并进一步提出一些具体实现经营创新的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wholesale enterprise is the weakest segment of the merchandise circulation in our country. There are many problems in wholesale enterprise such as operation shrink, benefit decrease and function backward. So it can not fit the modern economic condition, and must be changed. But there is very little research on the wholesale in the theory field of our country. So nowadays doing some exploration on wholesale enterprise’ s operation innovation has theoretical and practical purports.The purpose of this thesis is to find the development direction of wholesale enterprise’ s operation innovation by supply chain management. First, analyzing the relationship between wholesale enterprise and supply chain from the theoretical view, it includes the economic meaning, the function and the status model of wholesale enterprise in supply chain. At the same time, introducing some supply chain management methods and theories, which have some enlightens for the wholesale enterprise’ s operation innovation. Second, research the successful experiences of foreign wholesale enterprise making use of SCM to innovate. Lastly, talk about our wholesale enterprise how to innovate by SCM on the basis of the former theory and practice. And advise three orientations: the general agent or distributor of manufacturers, the service provider of retail supporting and the resources manager in supply chain.
