大跨中承式拱桥短吊杆结构行为研究

【摘要】 实践证明,大跨中承式拱桥柔性吊杆按照轴心受拉杆件进行设计的方法有待商榷。本论文讨论恒载、活载、温度变化、混凝土收缩和徐变、桥梁结构振动、吊杆的连接形式、吊杆的固有频率和施工误差对吊杆受力的影响。文中推导钢绞线的等效弹性模量计算公式,运用大型有限元计算软件ALGOR建立钢绞线的实体单元模型,相对准确地模拟钢绞线的力学特性。在此基础上,建立钢绞线吊杆地实体单元模型和组合单元模型,进行计算分析。以宜宾南门大桥为例,根据设计施工图,按照全桥结构组合有限元计算方法,建立完整、详尽的全桥组合有限单元模型,比较深入的研究钢绞线短吊杆的结构行为。其中主要计算在恒载、汽车荷载和温度变化作用下,短吊杆内不同钢绞线的应力,并进一步分析各束钢绞线地应力分布情况。在计算损伤钢绞线吊杆受力的基础上,根据疲劳理论,给出吊杆寿命的分阶段估算公式。

【Abstract】 The practice proves that it needs to be further discussed that the flexible suspenders of a large-span half through bridge are designed as axial tension members. In this thesis, it is discussed such as dead load, moving load, change of temperature, shrinkage, creep, vibration of bridge structures, joint form of suspenders, natural frequency of suspenders and construction errors that affects the load condition of suspenders. The equivalent elastic modulus of strandwire is conducted. And its solid finite element model is built up by a large-scale FEM software, ALGOR, by which we can accurately simulate the mechanical characteristics of strandwire. Then the solid finite element model and the integrated finite element model of suspenders are built up. According to the integrated finite element of entire bridge calculation method , the integrated finite element model of entire bridge of Yibin Nanmen Bridge is built up based on its construction drawings , and its short strandwire suspenders are comparatively deeply studied. The stress of strandwire in short suspenders is mainly calculated under dead load, moving load and change of temperature. On the basis of calculation of the strandwire suspenders damaged and the knowledge on fatigue, the formula of the wellphased life estimation shortest suspenders is produced.
