摆式列车倾摆控制维护系统的设计

【摘要】 我国是一个幅员辽阔、山区铁路众多的发展中国家,为了提高旅客列车的运行速度,在既有线路上开行摆式列车是一种行之有效的提速手段,适合我国国情。由于采用摆式列车具有在既有曲线线路提速的巨大优势,1999年铁道部立项批准了科技开发项目—“摆式列车倾摆控制系统的研制”,开始了我国第一列摆式列车的研制开发工作。 倾摆控制系统是摆式列车的核心部分,其可靠性对列车的安全运行至关重要。论文根据摆式列车倾摆控制系统的特点,研究设计了摆式列车倾摆控制维护系统,该系统能够为营运部门使用摆式列车提供可靠的维护手段,以保障摆式列车的正常运营。该系统对于加强客车安全程度和服务质量,提高车辆运用效率,减少维修时间都起到了积极的作用。 本文首先介绍了国内外摆式列车的研究和发展状况及其设备维护问题,介绍了正在研制中的摆式列车倾摆控制系统的结构及其工作原理,并对检测子系统、控制子系统、通信子系统和倾摆作动子系统及其工作原理做了详细的阐述。 其次结合我国摆式列车运用情况,分析系统的功能及任务,完成了摆式列车倾摆维护系统的硬件设计,并对硬件电路的工作原理及各个器件进行了详细的描述。在软件设计中,介绍了串口通信的基础知识,设计了单片机8031通信程序并给出了其程序流程图;接着介绍了在Visual Basic 6.0条件下串口通信的特点,设计了摆式列车倾摆控制系统维护软件。 最后,对该维护系统进行了试验研究。试验结果表明此系统运行性能良好,能满足摆式列车调试的要求,为今后摆式列车的运用打下了理论和试验基础。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the speed of passenger train in the mountainous area, the tilting train is an effective way in existing curve railway, which is adapt to the situation of our country. For the tilting train has advantage of increasing train speed in curve railway, the tilting control system supported by the R&D Program of Ministry of Railways of China is passed in 1999.The tilting control system is the key technology of tilting train, whose safety is important for tilting train to run normally. According to the characteristic of tilting control system, the tilting control maintaining system is developed in order to provide the applying department with the safety maintaining means. The system has good effect to enhance the tilting train’s safety and service, improve tilting train applying efficiency and decrease maintaining time.Firstly, development and present condition of titlting train’s research and the equipment maintenance is introduced, which is being developed in our country. Moreover the structure and working principle of tilting control system is presented, with the testing subsystem, control subsystem, communication subsystem and tilting actuation subsystem discussed particularly.Secondly, considering the tilting train applying complexion and analyzing the debugging system function, the hardware of tilting control maintaining system is designed, with circuit working principle and main devices described in detail. In the design of the software, the basic knowledge of serial communication is introduced, and the program flow chart of Intel 8031 is presented. Next the characteristic of serial communication in the condition of Visual Basic 6.0 is discussed, the tilting train maintenance software is programmed by Visual Basic 6. 0.At last, the test of tilting control maintaining system is discussed. According to the result of test, the system works well andmeets the requirement of the tilting train maintenance, which lays the theory and testing foundation for the tilting train application in the future.
