机械系统仿真技术在汽车组合式变速器中的应用

【摘要】 本文提出了以三维参数化建模(CAD)、结构有限元分析(FEA)、多体系统动力学分析(MBS)和优化设计(OPT)为核心的机械系统仿真技术及其基本原理和基本方法。以某种汽车组合式变速器为研究对象,首先运用继承了参数化建模思想的Pro/Engineer软件建立各零件的三维模型,并根据装配特征建立了各档位的装配体三维模型,同时也为后续的结构有限元分析和多体系统动力学分析提供三维模型;其次,采用结构有限元分析软件ANSYS对关键零部件(如副箱体)进行模态分析和瞬态动力学有限元分析;再次,以组合式变速器的实际连接方式为基础,运用多体系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS建立了各档位的多刚体动力学模型和刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,研究各模型的动力响应特性并进行对比;最后,针对副箱体的有限元分析结果,提出了改进设计方案和更先进的结构优化设计方法。副箱体的结构有限元分析结果与产品的结构缺点相吻合,多体动力学的分析结果也与组合式变速器的实际运行特征相一致,以改进设计方案二为依据的换代产品完全避免了结构缺点的出现,通过了市场的严格检验。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the technology of mechanical system simulation based on 3D parameterized modeling (CAD), finite element analysis for structure (FEA), multi-body system dynamical analysis (MBS) and optimization design (OPT) is put forward with its basic theory and method. One kind of automobile knockdown transmission is regarded as the researched object, the 3D models of its components are built up with the software Pro/Engineer inheriting the theory of 3D parameterized modeling, and then the 3D assembly models for every gear are built up according to related assembling character. Both these models are preparing for FEA and MBS models. With the FEA software ANSYS, mode analysis and transient analysis for key accessories, such as auxiliary gearbox are processed. According to the way of actually connecting with each other, the rigid multi-body dynamical model and the dynamical model composed of some rigid bodies and some flexible bodies are set up with the multi-body system dynamical simulation software ADAMS, many specialities of dynamic response for them are analyzed and contrasted. Finally, in order to the structure FEA results, some improved schemes and the most advanced optimization design method are supplied. The FEA results of auxiliary gearbox are consistent with the structural disadvantages of its practical products, the MBS analyses results for knockdown transmission accord with the practical activities, the same structural disadvantages never appear in the products based on the second improved design, which is proved to be rigidly effective by the market.
