虚拟仪器技术在精密播种机综合试验台上的应用研究

【摘要】 精密播种机性能试验是农机测试的重要组成部分,也是研制和开发新型精密播种机不可缺少的重要环节。本课题是山东省小麦工程技术中心农技农机相结合实验室基础建设项目中“新型播种机综合试验台的研制”课题的继续。在以前研究的基础上,将先进的虚拟仪器技术引入精密播种机性能测试中,开展了一些应用研究工作,并开发了基于虚拟仪器的精密播种机综合试验台辅助测试系统。虚拟仪器是一个全新的仪器概念,它开辟了现代测试领域的新篇章。本课题采用虚拟仪器技术组建了两种不同的测试系统:一种是基于数字信号处理的速度测试系统;另一种是基于数字图像处理的计算机视觉检测系统。在Visual Basic6.0环境下,利用Measurement Studio6.0及其附件IMAQ Vision6.0编制了数据和图像信号的采集与处理程序。本课题的研究共包括四个部分:第一部分,组建了基于虚拟仪器的信号测试系统,开发了试验台行走速度测试系统,并研制了速度测试仪,测试精度较高,误差小于1%;第二部分,分析了图像采集与处理系统的组建原则,介绍了图像处理技术的基础知识,并研究了在VB中进行图像处理的方法,实现了基本的图像处理程序设计,开发了“图像处理VB编程”软件;第三部分,组建了基于虚拟仪器的图像采集系统,并用数字图像处理技术实现了地面上种子粒距的测量,实现了合格指数、漏播指数、重播指数和变异系数等性能指标的自动统计,测量精度较高;第四部分,在前面研究的基础上利用图像处理实现了种子位置的智能检测,对分析种子的下落过程做了初步探讨。该系统中各部分程序能正常运行,界面友好,数据和图像的采集与处理系统工作正常,结果正确。总之,虚拟仪器技术在精密播种机综合试验台上的应用,提高了试验过程的自动化和智能化水平,同时也提高了试验台的测试效率和测试精<WP=6>度,缩短了系统的开发周期。
【Abstract】 Performance test of precision seeder is an important component of farm machine test; also, it is a necessary part in developing and designing new type precision seeder. This research follows "Research of a New Type Multi-purpose Seeder Test-bed", which is one of the fundamental construction items originated by Agriculture and Farm Mechanization Lab belonging to Shandong Wheat Engineering Center. Based on previous achievement, this research develops some applied researches on precision seeder test-bed by using the advanced VI(virtual instrument)techniques, and has built a CAT (Computer Aided Testing)system of multi-purpose precision seeder test-bed based on the VI techniques.VI is a completely new concept of instrument. It has taken on a prosperous outlook in modern test field. This research has built two different test systems by using VI techniques. One is a velocity test system based on digital signal processing techniques; the other is a kind of computer vision system based on digital image processing techniques. Under the environment of Visual Basic6.0, using Measurement Studio6.0 and its add-on tool IMAQ Vision6.0, designed the data and image acquisition and process programs.This research includes four parts. In the first part, a signal test system based on the VI has been built; a walking speed testing module for the test-bed has been programmed; and a kind of velocity<WP=7>testing instrument has been developed, which has higher test precision and error less than 1%. The second part has analyzed building principles of image acquisition and processing system, and introduced basic image processing techniques; a method of processing image in VB has been found; basic image processing programming has been realized, and the "Image Processing VB Program" software has been developed. The third part has built an image acquisition system based on VI techniques and developed a test system to automatically detect the seeds’ interval information on the ground by using digital image processing, which can compute standard seeding interval exponent, leak seeding interval exponent, repeat seeding interval exponent, variance coefficient etc, and has a higher measuring precision. The last part has realized to test the location of falling seeds according to above research and made an elementary discuss about the process of seeds falling. Each part of the system runs normally, and has a friendly interface. The data and image acquisition and processing system run good, and the result is preciseness.In conclusion, the application of VI techniques on the precision seeder test-bed has enhanced the automatic and intelligent level of test process, at the same time improved the test efficiency and precision, also shortened the exploitation period.
