东北地区大豆蛋白质及油份含量的生态差异及品质区域初步划分

【摘要】 本试验选用5个品质性状有差异的东北春大豆品种在东北地区13个试验点种植,以探索大豆品质性状对生态条件反应的规律并进行大豆品质生态区域初步划分,所得结果如下: 1 大豆品种对品质的影响 研究表明,品种之间的品质差异极显著,同一品种的不同品质性状的变异有差别。同一品种的同一性状对地点、年份的反应也不相同。在造成品质差异的各项因素中由品种效应和品种与其它项互作效应所造成的差异最大,所以品种的遗传改良是优质大豆生产的首选突破口。 2 生态条件对大豆品质的影响 本试验表明,不同地点间化学品质性状有差异,不同性状差异大小不一样;在东北三省范围内,蛋白质含量与纬度呈负相关,油分含量与纬度呈负相关,蛋白质油分总含量与纬度呈负相关;子粒蛋白质油分总含量与土壤速效钾含量呈极显著负相关;油分含量与生育前期日照时数呈显著的正相关,蛋白质油分总含量与生育前期积温呈显著负相关,品质性状与其它项生态因子相关不显著。 3 东北地区大豆品质的生态区域初步划分 依据大豆品质的变异,品质与环境条件的关系,化学品质的地理分布,土壤类型及其肥力要素提出针对东北地区划分大豆品质生态区的五条依据:(1)品质性状的变异;(2)品质的地理分布规律;(3)品质性状与环境条件的关系;(4)土壤类型及其肥力要素;(5)气候条件。 将东北三省初步划分为四个蛋白质、油分生态区:东北部蛋白质含量和油分含量平衡区;中西部高蛋白含量区;中部高油分含量低蛋白质含量区,齐齐哈尔周边高油分含量区;南部蛋白质含量油分含量双高区。

【Abstract】 In this research, 5 spring soybean varieties of northeast China which have different quality characters were planted in 13 representative locations in northeast China.The regulation of soybean quality traits responsed to the ecology condition was studied and the regionalization of quality ecology was discussed in this experiment. The results are as following:1. Effect of different varieties to quality of soybeanThe study indicated that quality traits were different among the varieties. The variation in different quality traits of the same variety is different; the stability of the same trait in different variety is different; the genetic variation of soybean chemical quality is more than the environment variation. So the variety selection is more important than the selection of location when considering the production of high quality soybean.2. Effect of ecology to quality of soybeanThe study showed that chemical quality traits in different locations have difference, the different content in different traits is different; in the three provinces of Dongbei protein content is negative correlatived with latitude, oil content is negative correlatived with latitude, total content of protein and oil is negative correlatived with latitude; total content of protein and oil in seeds is negative correlatived with content of instant K in soil significantly; oil content is positive correlatived with sunlight hour of vegetative phase; the total content of protein and oil is negative correlatived with vegetative phase significantly,quality traits are correlatived insignificantly with other ecology factors.3. The ecology regionalization of soybean quality in Dongbei regionAccording to the relationship among variation of the soybean quality, quality and situation of environment, and geography distribution of chemical quality, type and component of fertilizer of soil,Derive five rules to district the three provinces of Dongbei in ecology regions of protein and oil:(l) The relationship among variation of the soybean quality;(2) Thegeography distribution of chemical quality;(3) Quality and situation of environment;(4) Type and component of fertilizer of soil;(5) The condition of climiate.The balance region of protein and oil content in northeast; the high content of proteindistrict; high content of oil district around Qiqihar; both high content of protein and oil region in the westCandidate: Zhang DayongSpecialty: Crop Genetics and BreedingSupervisor: Prof.Yang Qingkai
