植物水胁迫及其电信号监测系统的研究

【摘要】 干旱对农作物造成的损失在所有非生物胁迫中占首位,本论文从生物电子技术的角度,研究植物在水胁迫(即缺水)时,其表面不同部位电位的变化,并以此作为人与植物对话的依据,为实现作物用水的视情灌溉做一些前期工作。 本论文从以下几个方面实现系统要求: 1.实验角度摸索出适合测量植物电信号的放大电路—微弱信号放大电路,选择了测量植物表面电位信号的传感电极材料及形状。 2.建立了植物水分情况变化时电信号监测系统,整个系统由测量放大电路、A/D转换电路、单片机、MAX232、计算机组成。 3.用C-51语言实现单片机数据采集、报警、键盘显示。用基于Windows环境下的VB6.0语言通过RS232实现单片机与PC机的通信,并用VB语言访问数据库,对采集的数据进行分析、监测及打印图表。 4.由于植物电信号属于微弱电信号,很容易受到干扰,本论文从硬件电路的设计和软件编程两个角度来消除干扰,取得了一定的效果。 本文在解决目前植物电信号的测量方法中所遇到的实际问题方面作了一些有益的尝试,设计并制作了植物电信号监测系统,初步摸索出植物水胁迫与其电信号之间的关系(用曲线表示)。对抗干扰的问题也做了一定的研究,但因本文所涉及内容为植物生理学与电子技术两学科的交叉领域,植物各个生理因子与电信号之间的作用机制具有复杂性,单从某个方面研究还远远不够,本文只是对植物电信号的测量方法和测量手段做一个初步探索,以期对以后的工作提供一个参考依据和新的思路。

【Abstract】 In all the factors that caused the damages to plant .drought hold the first place.From the Bioelectronics’ angle.the subject deal with the change of plant electrical signals when the plant is in shortage of water, which also can be regarded as a basis for dialog between human and plant,and do some research work to realize to irrigate the plant when necessary.The subject realize the need of system by the next following.1 Explode the amplified circuit which suited for measuring plant electrical signals.Select the material and shape of sensor eledtrode for measuring plant electrical signals.2 Establishing the plant electrical signals monitoring system when water in the plant changed,the system consists of measuring and amplifying circuit, A/D altering circuit,key displaying circuit, microcontroller,and personal computer.3 Using c-51 language to realize data acquisition of microcontroller,alarm,keyboard display.Using VB 6.0 based on windows operation system to realize the communication between microcontroller and personal computer.Furthermore I use VB6.0 language to visit the database .and analyse .monitor the data and print out.the chart.4 Because the plant electrical signals are ascribed to faint signals ,they are easy to be interfered.The subject remove the interference from the two following aspects-the design of hardware ciucuit and software programe.The subject make an attempt to the practical problem met in measuring plant electrical signals.design and make the plant electrical signals monitoring system. The subject also make some conclusions about the relation between the plant water press and plant electrical signals,then do some research on anti-interference.But because the content which the subject dealed with is an interaccross field -botany and electronics.The function mechanism between the plant physiological factor and plant electrical signals is very complicated,the research is just a first stage work,it can provide a new idea and basis for the next research work.
