【摘要】 Inmarsat是一个提供全球范围内卫星移动通信的政府间合作机构，即国际移动卫星组织。它是全球唯一的海上、空中和陆地商用及遇险安全卫星移动通信服务的提供者。Inmarsat-C系统作为Inmarsat一个移动通信系统的标准，它主要为海上移动地球站(简称船站)提供存储转发电传、遇险报警和增强群呼安全信息的播发等业务。Inmarsat-C系统可为全球提供海上、空中和陆地商用及遇险安全卫星移动通信服务，完全满足GMDSS要求。所以几乎每艘远洋船舶都配置了Inmarsat-C船站。 2002年，T&T公司又推出了体积更小，成本更低的Inmarsat Mini-C船站。它是第四代Inmarsat-C船站。Inmarsat Mini-C船站的主机内置于天线中，通过Inmarsat卫星提供全球的数据通信。本论文就是针对原Inmarsat Mini-C船站的通信控制软件基于英文DOS程序，界面不够友好，操作不够方便(不支持鼠标)，无法进行中文字符传输等问题而设计开发了基于Windows2000平台下的easyMail中文通信系统。开发中文界面，且传递中文信息，对海上现场救助，海上专家系统具有极大的价值。 本论文研究的easyMail中文通信系统还具有polling、date report、EGC、position report等功能，所以该系统对节约通信费用、提高通信效率、加强船队管理、提高报警成功率很有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inmarsat is an internationally owned co-operative that provides worldwide mobile satellite communications. Inmarsat has become the only provider of global mobile satellite communications for commercial and distress and safety applications at sea, in the air and on land. Inmarsat-C is one of the mobile communication systems criterions of Inmarsat; it provides the services of store and forward Telex, distress alerting, EGC and so on. Inmarsat-C provides global mobile satellite communications for commercial and distress and safety applications, and it can be used to meet GMDSS requirements. So almost all of ocean ships are equipped Inmarsat-C Ship Earth Station.T&T Company produces Mini-C in 2002, which is the 4th generation Inmarsat-C system and has smaller volume and lower cost. The Mini-C integrates antenna and transceiver into one unit and also offers global data communication via the Inmarsat-C Satellite Network. To make up deficiencies in the original DOS based Inmarsat Mini-C Ship Earth Station communication software, this thesis developed the easyMail Communication System Chinese Edition based on Windows2000. Its GUI lets it easier to operate and it allows users to communicate in Chinese characters directly. So Developing Chinese interface and transmitting information in Chinese is of tremendous value to spot rescue and maritime expert system.Because easyMail Communication System Chinese Edition provides these functions of Enhanced Group Call (EGC), date report, polling and position report, this system has quite significance to cut communication time, reduce communication fee, strengthen ship management and raise communication efficiency.更多还原
