微机控制的船用发电机继电保护试验装置

【摘要】 船舶电站是船舶重要组成部分,船用发电机的继电保护装置是船舶电力系统安全供电的重要保证,为了实现实验教学改革,培养符合STCW78/95公约的轮机专业人才,使轮机专业学生深入认识船用发电机主开关继电保护装置和主开关的机械结构,研制了微机控制的船用发电机继电保护试验装置;同时,该试验装置的研制将成为对微机化船用发电机继电保护测试装置的有力探索。 本论文首先简要论述了船用发电机的不正常运行和故障及其相应的继电保护,针对船用发电机继电保护装置的重要性和现有轮机人才在实验教学中存在的问题提出了研制本试验装置的必要性。接下来从概括到具体,从总体结构设计到具体功能实现,介绍了微机控制的船用发电机继电保护试验装置的组成部分以及相应的硬件和软件设计。 本论文涉及内容广泛,从电气控制柜的实现到单片机控制系统研制,从汇编程序的编制到应用面向对象的程序设计语言编制友好用户界面,无不体现了硬件和软件在本试验装置的完美结合。本论文体现的设计思想,对于研制小型单片机控制系统或使开发用户界面的工程人员都有一定的参考价值,尤其为相关试验装置的开发提供了宝贵经验。

【Abstract】 Power station is an important composition of a ship. Ship motor relay-protection equipment is an importance guarantee for safe power supply of ship power system. In order to realize experimental education innovation, we inquire into the experimental equipment of ship motor relay-protection. It will make student, who are major in maritime engineering , know the equipment of ship motor relay-protection and the mechanism of air circuit breaker better. Then they will be persons who are accord to the STCW78/95 pact. On the other hand this research will be powerful quest for computer-controlled ship motor relay-protection testing equipment.Firstly, the thesis discusses the abnormality and failure of ship motor and relevant relay-protection equipment. Because of the importance of ship motor relay-protection equipment and the problem existing in the students’ experiment education, it’s necessary to inquire into the computer-controlled ship motor relay-protection experiment equipment. Secondly not only in summary but also in brief we introduce the constitution and design of hardware and software of the computer-controlled ship motor relay-protection experimental equipment. The introduction includes both collectivity design and idiographic realization.The substance of this thesis is comprehensive. It includes both the design of power control tank and the realization of microprocessor system. It also includes the use of assembly language and the object-oriented software. This experimental equipment embodies the ideal integration of software and hardware. The design thoughts can be reference to engineer who want to do research in microprocessor system or object-oriented design. It also serves valuable experience to the design of relevant experimental experiment.
