【摘要】 本文从企业战略联盟的基本概念出发，根据现代物流的发展趋势以及我国物流企业的发展现状，并通过对几种物流企业扩张方式的比较分析，得出我国物流企业发展战略联盟的必要性。然后通过博弈理论的引入，分析了在物流企业战略联盟建立过程中的组建决策、利益分配机制以及激励机制的设计，并分析了物流企业战略联盟的建立过程以及组建中应该注意的问题。 物流企业战略联盟是一种有效的企业组织形式，目前我国物流企业发展仍处在初级阶段，企业的规模、网络以及服务水平与国外物流企业相比都有很大的差距，建立物流企业战略联盟，走规模化、集约化发展的道路是我国物流企业的发展的最佳选择。 物流企业战略联盟组建的基础就是可分配利益的存在，公正合理的利益分配机制是决定物流企业战略联盟取得成功的关键因素，本文通过合作博弈理论的引入，建立起了物流企业战略联盟的利益分配模型，并通过激励机制的设计，有效地消除了联盟中的道德风险问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis starts from the basic concepts of strategic alliance. Then after the analysis of the trend of modern Logistics and the present condition of the Logistics enterprise in China, and the comparison of the there ways of enterprises expansion, we draw the necessity of strategic alliance between the Logistics enterprise in our country. Then we introduce the game theory to analysis the decision-making, profit allocation and the motivation mechanism of the strategic alliance between the Logistics enterprise. And put forward some problems needed to pay attention to in the process of strategic alliance founding.Strategic alliance among Logistics enterprises is a kind of effective organization form. At the present, the development of Logistics enterprises in our country is still at the primary phase. The scale, network and service quality of our Logistics enterprise is left far behind the foreign Logistics enterprises. To found strategic alliance is the best choice for our Logistics enterprise.The foundation of strategic alliance is the existent of dispensable profit. The fair and rational profit allocation mechanism is the key to the success of strategic alliance between Logistics enterprises. By the introduction of game theory, we established a model of profit allocation for the strategic alliance between Logistics enterprises and designed the motivation mechanism to avoid the moral hazard in the strategic alliance.更多还原
